Easy Home Buyer was great! They helped me out of two rental houses at a fair price, with no repairs, and no listings, realtor showings, or commissions. Closings were fast and easy. Service was consistent and readily available. I have no worries now. I would do it again.

My father needed to sell his home fast because he couldn't afford to fix the roof (had a tarp on it from and hurricane season was quickly approaching. We wanted to sell directly to a buyer and skip an agent. Elan and his crew just happened to have purchased my dad's neighbors home and was in the process of renovations when they saw his for sale sign go up. When we first heard from him we were not sure if he was legit or not. There are plenty of scams going around but after Elan reassured us several times, we checked the BBB and he made a reasonable offer and the rest is history! Great experience and he even said that he will show us how the crew is fixing up the house!

What should have been a fairly simple transaction turned out to be a nightmare due to the contractor not closing out the roof permit as they should have done.
