I bought a car on December 20,2022 Dodge Journey the car only worked for 10 days since on December 30 it stopped working I contacted Guillermo who did not show an aggressive attitude telling me that previously in Brazil he had that car and that It turned out well, which for me is irrelevant to that story since my experience was the opposite since unfortunately my Christmas visits were affected by my pregnancy follow-up visits because I had to postpone it because I did not have a car and yesterday they received the car for part of me with the keys where they called me today and told me about the problem with the car that the best solution was to buy a new engine and that the repair of the car would cost me 1500 which is unfair since from the outset I had to give 2,500 dollars down payment and 500 dollars for taxes to take a total of 300 dollars of down payment plus two weeks of payment. I enter without a car 3192 dollars which they plan to steal from me I wait and they suspend their license since I consider them unprofessional abusing the fact that I am a pregnant woman and with a minor daughter who must start school on Monday

I have bought my 3 cars in this dealer with Guillermo, and the service, and the treatment have been great, the cars are completely in excellent condition.highly recommended

Look out there's a bald and bright skin guy there, he will falsely accuse you for anything and he certainly only cares for money. Probably try another car dealership for better customer service.

I recently purchased a 2008 Nissan Xterra from Willy, great customer service, and even when there were minor issues, they are great at communicating, Janen as well, they both provide great costumer service, they made sure I was able to have a great experience.

I can not seem to find a time they are open for business. No one there passed thru for an entire week it was always closed!

They whos a good people all the time and help with the person who bay carrs in the dealer ship and the owner four the place is a good gay

I shoulda knew something was up when the mechanic told me when the car gets hot just let it wait for 10 mins then start it back up that wasn’t even a week after buying the car paid in full cash payment even told them I’m a single mom be straight with me oh yea nothing wrong with the car brought the car in March of this year I’ve did a major tune up change parts and been out of a car since July do the math people from March to july of this year #Dodgenitro

This was the worst experience I ever had with buying a car they over charged me for a car that has a junk yard engine and had there mechanic put the car on the computer and lie about the problems that were popping up and refused to refund me my money when they told me if I had problems bring it back: DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM
