I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their agent Nicolas McDonald. A simple rental turned into a bidding war asking me what I’m willing to pay and how much upfront money I’m willing to give them. Avoid them lots of other honest agents. As of today the listing is still on line at the false rental price and no mention of contingency or rented.
