ECCO MILLENIA, Orlando FL

This was my first time buying from Ecco at Millenia Mall. My son needed a pair of shoes that would provide arch support and Scott did an amazing job explaining all about their shoes and how they provided good support, how to take care of the shoes and make sure they last a while and still look good. He was patient, and brought out several styles in several sizes. Ray also helped with buying the accessories. His smile and warm welcome makes all the difference when buying customers need that connection. I want to thank them both for making our experience stellar!

When we walked into this Ecco store on a return visit, we were quickly reminded why we drove an hour to shop here. The culture and climate that Ray, the manager, has developed and nurtured makes us, as customers, feel like we are coming home to family. When Ray was helping us, he made us feel like we were his only customers, however, watching him greet other customers as they entered the store, we realized that Ray makes everyone feel special! Ecco should thank their lucky stars that Ray is there! Thank you for making our drive just to shop in your store worth every mile. You obviously enjoy your work and we appreciate you so much! Let's talk about OUTSTANDING customer service. If you are at the Mallenia mall you MUST stop at ECCO and visit Ray. He has to be the most caring and dedicated employee I have ever met. I have been all over the world and always said to myself customer service lacks in many places, but not Ray. He was beyond helpful and went way above expectations. He got down on the floor to assist my friend and I! He was running back and forth to find the right size for my friend and I and after the 10th pair we tried on he still had a beautiful, bright smile. I recommend driving to Ray if you are in need of visiting the ECCO store. You will not regret it!
