WARNING TO ALL PARENTS: DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD TO THIS DAYCARE! My one year old non verbal God son was abused and injured MULTIPLE times under the care of Latrice Lake. Our family asked for an account of his injuries (to his body) and both of his parents were told conflicting stories. His parents then asked to review camera footage as their own child is not able to tell them the truth of what happened to him. Once the parents requested this footage from Latrice Lake, she immediately declined. Shortly, they received notice from the daycare that their child is now being DISENROLLED FROM THE DAYCARE effective immediately! This daycare chose to kick a child out of daycare midweek, leaving the parents who have full time jobs without childcare because they had concerns for their own son.

To add insult to injury, his parents needed to get pending paperwork completed by the daycare and Latrice Lake requested for the parents to come into the daycare (over an hour commute) under the pretense that she would complete the paperwork. Instead, Latrice Lake AMBUSHED the parents! They walked into a daycare where Latrice had all of the lights off in the facility and she demanded to take their phones in fear of being recorded via audio. Latrice beraded the parents about one star reviews she received on Google and told his mother ‘Be woman enough to tell me the truth! ’ when they came to get paperwork completed and not dwell on previous matters. The parents then decided to leave the daycare after Latrice continued her antics and Latrice then physically followed them out of the building screaming and taunting them with ‘Are you mad? Are you angry! ’

Latrice Lake is the Owner and Director of this daycare and is completely unprofessional and mentally unstable to say the least. With all of the horrible things happening in this world especially in child care, this is NOT someone I would trust with the safety of my child. If anything ever happens to your non verbal children under her care, you will never get the truth and if you are too adamant, your child will be KICKED OUT instead of child care ‘professionals’ having genuine concern and care to rectify the situation. They care more about their fake false image than your children. Only God knows what is taking place behind closed doors. As long as Latrice Lake is the owner of this daycare, it should be shut down immediately.

After searching for months, touring, and interviewing so many preschools and daycares I finally found THE ONE less than 5 minutes from work. The teacher to student ratio is great, they go above and beyond on both learning and fun. Every one of the teachers are very sweet, great with the kids, and most of all I dont worry a bit when my child is in their care. Do your research! Read reviews! My toddler looks forward to going to school and doesnt want to leave at times, and that's all the reassurance a parent needs.

I absolutely love it for my daughter. The teachers really care. I have no worries that she is taken care of. She cries sometimes when I drop her off but doesn't want to leave when I pick her up. The talking and singing on the way home let's me know she is learning and is on track for a 2 year old.

My son has just recently started here at Echo-
Learning Center. And we find it to be a very exciting place for learning. They’re so positive and care very much for the children attending there daily. He doesn’t give me a fuss every morning like he use to when attending another local learning center. So I can honestly say I’m most satisfied with the switch. Keep up the amazing work!
