This salon is amazing, Bb is the best lash tech I’ve ever had.my lashes look flawless and I get compliments even after a couple weeks pass. Tweety does my nails and they look Amazing every time. They’re all so gentle but fast and efficient and I always leave their salon feeling relaxed and peaceful. This is the best salon I’ve ever been to.

Philly is awesome. Great quality and she educates you about your nails Philly does it all, my eyebrows are always on point.
I have tried most of the people there and they do a great job too. Justin, Tweety, Bihn and Mina is great for pedicure.

One of the best nail salons/spa in Jacksonville! Amazing estheticians, everyone really cares about their work. Philly is my favorite nail tech/esthetician i have ever been too. I thoroughly enjoy coming to my appointments. (they are also very clean and take great precautions to keep everyone safe!)

I had the privilege of having my brows microbladed today by Bb! She was so gentle and clean and professional, I enjoyed my time in the salon very much. She is so sweet and talented I’m so excited to have finally have had this done. I will for sure be going back for future services.

$139 on a gel mani and pedi that only lasted 4 days before the polish started chipping and fading. My wife was told her skin was too dark for the soft pink she initially wanted. For several reasons this was an uncomfortable experience. The salon itself it very zen and the manicure techs are perfectionist but they do not correct their mistakes without charging you extra

BB is a true professional! She did a fantastic job on my permament eyeliner and eyebrows.will be getting my lips done also!

Very clean, atmosphere was a vibe. Calming! Pedicure was great felt great. Haven't even gotten out of the chair yet to leave or pay! But very pleased, nn will definitely be reccomending and will be back!

I did powder overlay on my natural nails and I definitely recommend excellent service and care with Justin.

Update: I really like this salon the service is great outside of using the nail tech Philly, she is very talented and she does good work but she does not listen to client requests and feels her way is right she doesn't know how to adjust and do things the way she does specific to the client. I would normally go to Justin but she did my nails once and it was good so I decided to give her a chance. Its hard for me to find a good salon that does my nails and eyebrows good so I am very disappointed that she one forgot about it appointment, 2 asked me if she did my nails before and 3 tried to explain to me why I should no make requests. I'm not going to tip (which on good a service I would very well) if I get bad service. So disappointed I should have just stayed with Justin who is very kind and does what I need decently. I won't be back as a loyal customer. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

I love love LOVE this place. It's always my go to. They serve drinks and cookies, the service is always respectful and good. Philly takes great care of me she even did my eyebrows and fixed them up. I am always happy with the finished product!

Their schedule and lack of website are a little bit desired for but the experience is overall good so is the price

Although I have acrylic on my big toenails, I stated that I no longer want to continue to fill them in, so please just sand them down. That is not what I received. You can clearly see the lump in the toenail where the acrylic grew out. The pedicure it self was amazing though.

Binh is amazing! She does my lashes monthly, so I trusted her to do micro blading with combination on my eyebrows…. She did an amazing job! This is 1 week after it was done. I definitely recommend her

Absolutely love my nails! Couldn’t have been happier, Justin was quiet but took his time, made sure everything was perfect, and consistently asked every step of the way if I was satisfied with how everything was turning out!:)

The atmosphere was very soothing. As a walk in, they were able to get me right in. They didn't make me feel like I was "just a customer". I love that they service everyone equally. I will definitely be back!

Love it here! Everyone is super friendly and the salon is clean. I have been coming here for 6 years for my lashes. Bihn always does an amazing job and she makes sure I’m happy with them before I leave. Her and Tweety have also done my nails and they always looked beautiful. Most importantly I appreciate their safety during covid.

My friend and I went to BB to have our brows micro-bladed. She did an AMAZING job! I could not be happier. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and gave detailed instructions on after care. I just had my touch up done and they look so good!

I have also had a wonderful pedi done here and would recommend services 100%.

BB does an excellent job. My micro bladed eyebrows look so good that I have had a friend fly in from out of State to do the same! My Mother also followed suit!
