In today's world these people can't be real.
What a pleasure dealing with this company.
I messaged them on their web site late one night and they called me the next morning. Not only was the lady on the phone helpful she made me feel like a family member in a minute. Incredibly effervescent, personable and friendly. We set up an appointment for the next day between 2 and 4. The next day I get a text at 2: 05 indicating their tech Joey Bella is on his way and was provided a phone number to call if I had any questions. Joey arrives at my door a few minutes later with a great personality, smile, eye contact, business card presentation, firm handshake and eagerness to answer my questions. I knew in the first two minutes that this guy was rock solid with his knowledge of this business. We discussed my options and when he left I immediately called to schedule service. Another super friendly helpful customer service person who explained everything perfectly and in detail. We scheduled my preventative maintenance and cleaning appointment for April (my choice) and was followed up with text of the details and informed me I would get a reminder text ahead of the appointment. Everything from start to finish was professional and impressive. I've seen their ads and flyers and thought I would give them a try and they now have a new customer.

I trust this company completely and use their services for both of my properties. The office staff does a great job keeping track of accounts and communicating details of scheduled services. The technicians (Elian this time) are knowledgeable, professional and considerate.

Had Elian from Eco Air install a new thermostat and completely inspect my system within 25 minutes, now that’s called service! Thanks

I was due for my yearly check up and Joey Bella was my technician that day. He was great and I’ve always been pleased with everyone who has come out to service my AC. I can’t say enough great things about Eco Air.

Joey Bella was my service technician for my annual maintenance inspection. He was on time, knowledgable, and very professional. I have always had great service from Eco Air from all departments and would highly recommend them!

I signed up for 2 years' service and the price was right. However, before my first service under the contract I had to have someone come out to see why the unit was not cooling well. I was told the freon was low and the compressor was not working, and I needed a new AC. The gave me a price of $7,900. I called Home Pro to get their price. It turned out to be $6,900 including two years' service and an ultraviolet light. Also, I did have a freon leak, the compressor was OK. In order to fix the leak, it was about $3000, and I would still have a 10-year-old AC, so replacing it made sense. Needless to say, I went with Home Pro at $1000 cheaper for a
Bryant AC which, according to Consumers Reports is a better unit than the Comfort Maker unit quoted by EcoAir.

What can I say about this company? They're simply the best. Had our first annual PM with their technician Joey Bella today. Great guy. Super knowledgeable. Came in and got right to work. Inspected the system from front to back and then additionally even popped a camera up into the duct work to ensure that everything was OK up there too. I had a few companies to choose from a year ago when I replaced my HVAC system at this house. I'm glad I chose Eco Air. Family owned. Local. Great customer service and great technicians! Definitely recommend.

Just had my A/C checked. Tech found issue right away and corrected it. I have been using ECOAIR for many, many years and have not been disappointed with their service and prompt response. I recommend them 100%.

I’ve been a customer of Eco Air since their inception. They’re honest, efficient and reasonable. Greg Roark inspected our unit inside and out to make sure all was in good order. This company is awesome, they are either early or on time. We had Greg come to us tonight in Pelican Preserve and he had us up and running in not time. He was professional and super nice. The are so knowledgeable and accommodating. I rate you 5 stars!

Absolutely amazing company to deal with. Ricardo and Eddy came today to fix a problem from a 1 year old unit I had installed by another AC company. These two were on time, extremely friendly, explained everything, and didn't make me feel terrible about the poor choice I made on the install, which I was already very much aware of. Pricing was fair and I will pay them over and over again because at least I know they do honest work. Ricardo explained the issue with the original install in verbiage I understand. I highly recommend this company. So so thankful I found an HVAC company I can rely on. Thank you thank you!

We've had our A/C serviced with Eco Air of SWFL now for 3 years and they have not let us down once. The maintenance package is worth it and the techs have been friendly and knowledgeable. Have not had that uh oh feeling with any of them!
