-My ice bucket had something growing in it.black spots like something was splashed or spilled on it and it was never cleaned.

-There was obvious black mold directly above the shower head

- the entire room was covered in a layer of dust

- linens weren't as clean as they should be nor were there the correct number of towels

-the remote was so disgustingly sticky

-Dead roach very visible next to the toilet

-AC doesn't work very well

-both of the soaps in the bathroom were open and had clearly been used

We're staying here to have a stronger structure for the hurricane but honestly I'm not so sure it's much better than home. If a tree doesn't fall on us some type of illness will

Only positive things I can say is they had a room available when all others were full.but I see why now that I've been here for a few hours.

Worst hotel I have ever visited. Filthy, Damp, causing musty smell. Wood floors were wet from dampness, bed as well. We arrived late evening making it hard to look for other opportunities In this small town. Thankful only one night stay. We met with another couple in the morning and they said their hotel was the same. I'm guessing all the hotels have this problem on first floor. We chose for Handicap feature, large walk-in shower, no stairs, etc. The breakfast area was dirty, juices were watered down as was the coffee. We didn't even attempt to look at the food at that point.
NEVER AGAIN.

Killed a roach less than 30 sec after entering room. Bathroom door wouldn't shut, tv had issues. Overall couldn't recommend due to cleanliness issues. It's owned by Indians.

I reserved a King Non-smoking room online. I have seizures and am a service connected disabled Veteran. I normally get a King bed so I can sleep in the middle of the bed and am less likely to fall. It also gives my dog more time to try to alert that I am having seizure related symptoms. When I got here they told my spouse I had to stay in a dog room with two queen beds. The lady said I had to notify them prior to arrival but no where did it state that. I told her I wanted what I paid for. She said she could move me to a jacuzzi suite for 25.00 more but if there was damage I’d have to pay for it. I told her I wanted what I reserved and told her I would notify the ADA. She gave a room with a king bed but when I went in it was the jacuzzi suite. I went back and told her that wasn’t what I reserved. I told her I didn’t want less than I reserved nor to be given more than I reserved. The truth arose when she said she didn’t have any other King bed. I told her I didn’t want them giving me anything and paid the 25.00. I’m tired of Jackson County discriminating against me because I have handicapping diagnoses.

Rooms were average, which is expected for the price. Simple with beds, TV, fridge, etc. Nothing very fancy but decent quality compared to other 2-star hotels in the area. They do have some suites with a hot tub in it. I haven't been in those rooms, so I'm not sure what they are like. The people who work there are always very nice, and breakfast is quick things like cereal and frozen sausage sandwiches. My family and I will definitely be coming back again.

Room had a strong smell of mold. Front desk staff had food stains all over his shirt. Location is good.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We got the king suite and very pleasant. We stayed two nights. The staff is nice. The breakfast is continental. I would stay here again.

After a 10 hour drive, my husband found this place to rest. Price for room was $60. He upgraded it to get a jacuzzi tub for only $40 more. Walking into this hotel, it was amazing. It had the old style feeling. So much character to the lobby and the rooms. It was clean, nice and had free breakfast. Definitely will stay here again.

In Marianna FL, it had the filthiest, most disgusting lobby and hallways I’ve ever experienced. Elevator sluggish & sketchy. Floorboards and carpet a disaster. If they’re renovating, they should close it down until they’re finished. The king room was OK, but it did not make up for the condition of the hotel as a whole. You will be very disappointed.
