Worst front desk experience ever had in my life. They treat people like you work for them. I went there to check-in, they said it must be done after 2 P. M.then check out should be before 11. That really bothered me and made me want to cancel my room. When I tried to Cancel my room they give no refunds not even small amount of what you have paid. So I just lost $165.

I was a bit skeptical about the place cause I had a bad experience in a similar hotel, however if you’re looking for a cheap place to spend the night while traveling it’s worth it. As soon as I walked in I saw a roach in the bathroom, smelled like weed, there was trash underneath the bed and the shower had a massive hole in the middle which was covered with a white tape-ish paper if that makes sense. Took me a while to get comfortable but it’s an okay place for the price. Also I wouldn’t recommend if you have kids cause the area doesn’t feel that safe.

Roaches! Walk into the bathroom at 10pm and flip on the light and notice the floor is moving, we’re talking a half dozen or more baby roaches scurrying around. This isn’t a high end hotel but I was at least expecting clean and roach free. Absolutely disgusting to now be worried about roaches crawling over me in my sleep. Yuck!

I read many bad reviews about this place but we had a great experience! Check in went smoothly and check too! Front desk man was very nice. Our room was very, clean and smelled amazing when we walked in! No bugs! Bathtub/toilet/floors were all sparkling clean! Look people, you get what you pay for and my experience, needing a hotel for only a couple nights, I would not hesitate to go back!

Worst Econo Lodge I ever stayed at There were homeless people sitting on the stairway one half roll of toilet paper no wi fi that we could get to work And it was in a terrible neighborhood and it definitely didn't match the picture There was supposed to be a free breakfast but there wasn't and the picture showed a pool but there wasn't one

Nice staff, but they didn’t get the memo that a pillow should not feel like a sack of rocks… good prices but a little uncomfortable overall and right next to the highway

Price wise and attention was really good to sleep 1 or 2 nights, remember you pay for what you get. So in a few words it's a good place for the buck

Room 107 infested with roaches. Shower pressure was bad. Cracks all over the room. Safe was broken, maintenance fixed it. Free shuttles? Cancelled due to covid. Free breakfast? Cancelled due to covid. Daily maid service? Cancelled due to covid. Night guy moved me to the 3rd floor after reporting roaches (extremely empathic). Day manager (sociopath) couldn't of cared less. Did not even say sorry for roaches. Room 310 was cleaner, shower pressure was higher.

This was the absolute worst stay of my life! Stay away from making reservations here at all cost. I am a veteran and was forced to move rooms 3 times before settling in on one for our four day trip. I asked what type of consideration could be made for the inconvenience and was threatened to leave and go to a different hotel if I did not like it. Staff is very unfriendly and rude! They do not have any sort of back up system if their computers go down and you are pretty much rolling the dice by staying here. Bathroom door did not even shut properly. Will never stay at any Econolodge ever again.

Horrible place. Loud AC, and muggy inside the rooms. They used too much Bleach to clean sheets. Couldn't sleep from the bleach smell in all the sheets, pillowcases, etc. Plus, the humid, muggy humidity inside the rooms was suffocating and hard to breathe. The Double beds are small, and make noise if you move. The springs were completely shot out. Very uncomfortable to sleep on. The rooms have a non-functioning old, rusted safe that doesn't work and the heavy door stays open. Hit myself with the safe door going to the bathroom at night since its in the path. Yet, the hotel charges a Resort fee fo the safe, which is a joke and a ripoff. I complained at Front Desk about it in the morning which the General Manager Laurent Benhaim was there. Told him, I shouldn't be charged a Resort fee for a non-functioning safe, there was no coffee in rooms, breakfast, pool or any other amenities. They shouldn't charge customers a Resort Fee for a low-budget motel! WHAT S SCAM! He was extremely rude and told me if I didn't like it to call Choice Hotels, which I did call corporate and put a formal complaint against the hotel, General Manager/Owner. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS RUSTY, MUGGY, DIRTY, FILTHY, LOW-BUDGET HOTEL.

Not bad for the value. Extremely close to parks and other attractions. Definitely not the best hotel out there but again, cannot beat the value!

THEY ARE INFESTED WITH ROACHES! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! BEDS ARE EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE AND IT SMELLED LIKE MILDEW! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WE IMMEDIATELY CHECKED OUT AND WENT TO THE ROSEN PLAZA HOTEL! When I tried to address the manager she was EXTREMELY RUDE. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Stayed here knowing it wasn’t going to be out of this world incredible, but it was really…not good. Check in process was awful, completely unfriendly and took a long time…took a while before we were even acknowledged. The room was clean enough, mattresses pretty hard and the box spring was incredibly squeaky. Tons of people hanging around outside being super loud…2am two guys were outside my room talking and the walls are so thin. We won’t be back.

Be very careful with these people they will steal your money they will run your credit card for a deposit for 4.95 several times and keep it

The place was terrible! Our first room had a toilet that did not work properly; after 2 calls to front desk we were switched to another room. Killed two roaches in the room and bathroom; Pool area was filled with red ants.
