My four and a half year old grandson has been here several times. They are absolutely amazing with him. He doesn't have a problem or any issues with any of the staff going back all by himself. I feel they do a wonderful job.

We had a lovely experience at Economy Children’s dentist today. Our dental hygienist was so kid friendly and kind to my 5 year old daughter. She explained everything she was going to do first and made it lighthearted. Our dentist took his time talking with us and showing us his concerns. We were very happy with our experience.

Worst dentist office I have ever had the misfortune of bringing my kids to! To start off, the front office staff was singing sexy red's "poundtown" with full lyrics last time we were here at the time of checkout. There is always some "insurance" issue to where they cannot perform the treatment on your child and have to do a "cleaning" before they can treat. The appointments are 2-3 months out, we have been bringing our son here for the past year at least and he STILL hasn't received his silver cap for one reason or another. Unprofessional, dirty office with ripped up wallpaper, RACHET staff, horrible experience every single time we come here. Not to mention the hour plus wait time to be seen. I absolutely hate this place. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

Love their flexibility and convenience in scheduling my children's appointments together so I have more time to do what I need to do and not run around town too much

Such a better experience now that there's new owners! Everyone was nice and courteous. If a parent needs to go in the back, now they are allowed as before we wasn't. They seem much more flexible when it comes to emergencies and upcoming appointments. The whole environment is much friendlier. The dentist was very informative. He talked to me himself directly, instead of sending an assistant which is how it always was before. We were about to find a new dentist and now I'm glad we stayed! Good job turning this place around

To be honest I didn't expect the dentist and dentist asst that handled my 7 yr would be so brilliant, personalities on point, engaged and conversed with my son, explain to him what's going on, all good news all the time YAY me! Great choice of office especially only being here once.

Today was my daughter’s first day at the Dunn location, and we both really like it. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We even arrived a couple of minutes late and we were still seen. I will bring my other children. I really love that I can go in the back with my child as well.
