Perfect! Excellent staff, very knowledgeable of area, very helpful with trolley service, very accommodating! Place is clean, inside and out. Tee is great. Definitely will come back when returning to area.

Clean, no frills, no nonsense rooms. Walking distance from downtown and good price. Friendly family run business.

Just spent the weekend here with my club, The Nature Coast Mustangs. I was honestly surprised by the level of hospitality these folks showed us. 150٪ above and beyond what any other hotel would offer. 10 of 10 would recommend. I will be calling their desk tomorrow to make my reservations for February!

Friendly, welcoming management and very clean rooms in an excellent location.

I only wish the attached balcony had more comfortable seating. The tables had some jagged edges with rust and the chairs were plastic.

M 3 friends and I spent a few days here and the rooms were clean and we were very satisfied. The location is perfect and most things are within walking distance. My only downer was I didn't get to Tee as he was sleeping or at work. We will for sure come back again!

My husband and I stayed for a quick, overnight stay in St. Augustine. Both check in and check out were quick and easy. The room was ready 4 hours before we were supposed to be checking in. The clerk was kind, informative, and very hospitable. The room was clean, spacious, cozy, and well tended. The hotel was quiet. The only complaint we had is that the room had a very mild smell, but it was very tolerable. We got over it in about 5 minutes of being in the room. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The location was perfect - 5 minute drive from all the main shopping strip, but still surrounded by local stores. Overall, 5 stars! We will absolutely be staying here on our next St. Augustine trip!

You will not be disappointed in the location. You can explore all St. Augustine has to offer within a half mile walk. Very clean. Mini fridge. Free wifi. Extremely friendly staff. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

Great hotel, great location and a great value. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Rooms were very clean. The gentleman that checked us in (I believe he may have been the owner) was very friendly and helpful. He even let us leave our car there all day after we checked out.

Good value hotel with parking included 15mn walk from the city center. Rooms are are nice. Staff was helpful. Would have liked additional hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom.

Modest but the room had everything I needed and didn't cost hundreds of dollars for a night as seemingly everywhere else would have. I arrived very late after being delayed and was welcomed all the same in spite of the hour.

It was a basic, yet effective room. The staff was very nice and accommodating. It was also clean with a comfortable bed.

This is a small motel but very well maintained both outside and in. Room was very clean. Only suggestion I made to staff was please put in a couple comfortable chairs to relax in. They have straight back dining room type chairs and are uncomfortable for any length of time. Also, right across the street is a great restaurant called Burrilli's. Good pizza, subs and other dishes. I've stayed here before and will stay again.

Great location, staff was friendly enough and rooms were comfortable and quiet. Hotel was clean but does need some renovations.

It's a very average hotel but the location is perfect. Had a fridge and a microwave. Air conditioning was a little noisy. Beds were not that comfortable. The couple who checked us in were very nice. It was just what we needed for the price.
