Economy Inn West Palm Beach

Wonderful Inn on a budget. Family owned and operated. Friendly. 24hr service as needed. Room was super clean and fresh. Keep in mind you aren’t at the Hilton, the rooms are budgeted- nothing fancy. Had 2 queen beds, mini fridge, microwave. No dressers but ample space for 2 adults to store clothing in a ‘open closet’ in corner of room (it was tucked away). Tons of outlets for electronics AND most of them had the USB adapted in (total plus!) Fresh linens, good AC, Satellite TV with good range of channels (included kid stuff). Close to everything a tourist would want to visit.
Con: it’s on a main road/highway so at night, the cars can be a bit… extra.
Would absolutely recommend this place and stay again.

If you try to book online they try to charge you again for the room that was supposed to already be paid (smh) absolutely horrible service I highly recommend avoiding this place

My room was payed for by a friend cause I fell and was in the ER I was in to much pain to come home so I went there with all the confirmation number and letter and bill paid but they where so rude and said no no no

Rating poor due to discriminatory nature of owners. When arriving, I told the kid at the front I was checking in. I can only assume the father then came up, said he had no reservations and no rooms. I said I booked online, then he said nothing from online either. I had to show him my reservation confirmation email that he examined for longer than was necessary. All of a sudden, a room was available. Very matter of fact, rude, and no ounce of customer service exists in those people.
Avoid this place if you can.

Beds were hard, sheets were rough and scratchy, reception was rude and we both got bitten during the night (I did not see signs of bed bugs - bur something ate us alive)

Ok. This was a gem. Thank you for your hospitality! Safe & economical for single traveler. The room was fresh! No stale smells. Super clean, the shower was spotless and most pleasant water pressure. A/c powerul. Brrr! Mints were a sweet touch! Easy access off of US1. Friendly staff. Lovely gardens. Lots of surfaces to sit stuff on! Really quiet. Watched the Heat beat the Celtics on satellite tv. Satisfied.

Racist Indian lady. Literally watched them rent a room to a Caucasian right after telling me and my husband that she didn’t have rooms available. We went back and she said to book online. We asked the lady who just rented the room if she booked online and she said no. Won’t spend our money here.

Room dirty, bathroom smells, no desktop. One can smelled the urine from the bathroom. Not a real hotel " Room for rent" that's what it is.

They obviously don’t rent to people of color. Me and my wife went there and were told they didn’t have any rooms available then a caucasian women walk up behind us and ask the same question and was given a room key. They are a family oriented business the wife isn’t very friendly and discriminates so buyer beware.

Older motel. 15 rooms. Very plain but clean. Great location. A budget motel but I preferred it over larger budget motels/hotels and chain budget motels/hotels. Will use it again.

Very clean, friendly people, good prices. Handy to shopping and other amenities. Only 5 minute drive to the Zoo!

Be careful BOOKING ONLINE because I was about to and they only had ONE of the nights to stay available. Also, they said $85 per night not $75

Me and my wife and my children had a very bad experience. Very small room. When showering hot water took along time to kick in. Air conditioner took along time to cool the room. There was a bad smell. Mold dusty smell. Also there was a few cockroaches close to refrigerator and bed bugs! Never have I seen such a poor run down motel as this.

Had a horrible check-in experience. Literately paid for a day to get the key, a 2 hours nap, and a shower. Let's come up with a better solution for people that work nights and walk-ins.
