Economy Suites, Winter Haven FL

I checked in extremely late at night after traveling all day. They were extremely nice, caring, and compassionate. Yes, the room is older but clean and peaceful. Served its purpose and for a good price. Would stay again any time.

The bugs was bad!
Sliding bathroom door had a round hole with no doorknob & the door would roll open!

Well if your not picky then this would be a shower and bed and the AC is to little for the room

I was very tired and very hungry for my 3 day drive I quickly fell asleep before I even had a shower a couple hours later I wake up and know something's wrong I run into the back let me sit on the edge of the tub I would like to look at my ankles and all my eyes I see these little dark signs there's a tiny I put it on the stink because it's white and I'm hitting the right button look kind of like a tiny Mat it was Green They were eating my ankles I had no Lethe lady who sign me in and didn't even bother to offer But they really doesn't hurt this bad idea They decide to respond to money I will Amanda I am AI like a guy Tell you that all of them I Go on a positive note How do you shame if my customer came up to me and showed me by Mike mark all over his ankles I told her that there were green buttons On The Thing On The Thing
I gave them another chance just in case it was just that long time and stayed there again And that was a much different experience in fact it was really good so let's all assume that that was just a long time thing and that there was no fault. So I'm changing the rating to a 4

This it’s the nasty place in Haines city Florida we stay for new year’s to go to a friends house’s but the front desk person if we can call person, if you can’t be take care customers close the place and get other job only I ask for room service he tell me no we do in the morning at 8 am well I was thinks so services it’s 24 hours so I leave it like that I go to the store buy toilet paper towels, stuff to clean, take the trash out because I pay $342 for my services because only we tried to sleep not drive but, plus they charge me for pet I want to see the pet I can’t talk with the front desk because he was yelling me and I was not going for that, I was trying to tell me what happened, but I make sure this no happened again, he blocked me from the wifi WOW, from desk your are disaster because I can’t call you a person, guy, no phone working I got video for everything but I don’t post it because if going to a professional person, thanks for take my money, this place I don’t see the future.

5 stars! All the people are personable, they treat you like a person. The rooms are very, very clea despite being older. I don't understand the negative comments because everytime I visit, they go above and beyond. I will tell you if you make an online reservation still call them to make sure you have a room. Thanks Chell, Denise and D. Anytime I'm in Winter Haven, I'll be there.

Don't come here if you have service animals. No where on their website did they say only 2 dogs per room. At least we would have liked to be prepared to NOT book there. We brought 3. Just be prepared & I'm spreading the word so everyone knows. They were very challenging & not sympathetic at all that their site was wrong.

Rooms were clean. Rooms for didn't have toilet paper or towels. Nothing to put your clothes in. The people were nice

Zero stars! The worst thing I could have chosen, I didn't sleep at all, the smell of marijuana as soon as I opened the bedroom door, I had to endure it. Then I went to bed to be able to sleep and I couldn't I don't know what bugs were in the blankets and mattress. My whole body itched, please don't stay there

Staff friendly, my room was clean! I moved nightstands, opened drawers, checked my mattress and of course the bathroom. Fridge wasn't the one in the picture, but it was ok. The motel was quiet, and had active cameras, very safe.

Even though this is an older hotel, it is very clean, and safe. The staff is very friendly! Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

I was horrified when I read the reviews, I just knew I was going to a run down roach motel, with bad customer service. This was the only price in my budget at the time, and I was tired. From the time I got there on 12/7/22 to the time I left I had a great experience. The young gentlemen at the front counter was so sweet and patient with me as I stumbled to find my I. D and card. Housekeeping was amazing! The room was spectacular it was old but very clean. I had a problem with my tv that the maintenance guy fixed immediately. I slept so good and the next day when I went to check out I met the manager. She was very friendly I had to tell her what a great staff she had and how this place has came a long way. Keep up the good work! I'll be back!

Under new management, I had to ask because there where a lot of bad comments, the people there are really nice and very helpful! I spent 4 nights here, if you haven't been in awhile try it again.

It was nasty dirty, not clean at all, bugs everywhere, holes in walls, doors barely hanging and don't shut, air-conditioning didn't work, no hot water or water pressure and the toilet wouldn't flush. Then the toilet kept running and flooded the room, and the guy said, 'oh you clean it and threw us 2 towels and left. Ruined our stuff and they would not even switch rooms or refund our money. Don't bother to book online, he will charge you way more, also if you have a pet, it is $30 daily fee, not a one time refundable deposit. Just making extra money on horrible rooms and surrounded by not so good people, who will break into your vehicle and steal your stuff. DO NOT STAY HERE! It was and is the worst place ever!

The room needs updates, and the towels and linens are old and low quality. There were no bugs, and it was quiet at night. Plenty of hot water. Great location.

This is the worst place ever! Bugs bugs bugs! Rooms are not clean and air conditioning does not work. Sinks falling off the walls, holes in the walls, loud people, things stolen out of vehicles, pool is never cleaned and has glass and bottle caps in the bottom of it.becareful not to cut your feet. Always charged way more than what you booked for on line. Room flooded from toilet and we were made to clean it and the owner didn't care that we lost a lot of items because of ankle deep water. Never ever did we get an apology, refund or offered to change rooms. Horrible horrible people and place!
