Peach was excellent! He came and got right to work. He explained clearly every step and how to use my new unit once installation was complete. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and he went above and beyond to help me with the whole process. Underpromised and overdelivered! I am so happy with my new EcoSystems unit!

I purchased the all in one unit from EcoWater and Pete Sallas came out, right on time, and installed the unit. He showed me all the features on the softener and did a fantastic job with the installation. Could not be happier with the job that was done and the service that was provided. The next morning I noticed a huge difference in the way my skin felt after a shower and there are no more hard water deposits on the shower door!

Update: James Peach came down to install both soft water and reverse osmosis systems. He was very professional, super friendly and a pleasure to talk to. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and told us anything to watch out for before installing so we had a good understanding of everything. Shout out to Ms. April over the phone for helping us with our inquiries! I would recommend this company

Installed our EcoWater system last month and already notice a huge difference in our water! A must in Tampa. Our Rep Joe took care of everything and we were up and running fast! So far very pleased with this product and service!

Had my GE water softener service today Tristin was the service tech he was on time and professional he detected the problem right away I would definitely use EcoWater Systems again.

Pete Sallas just came out and performed all the checks for my water purification system. He has it running like a fine tuned top. Pete cleaned the filters, checked and refreshed the salt level and tested my water for everything, then reset my timer for my next scheduled visit. (Probably more checks that I don't remember.)
If Eco water technicians are like Pete, then they will always receive a 5 STAR rating. I was lucky to get Pete the last time I had a burp in my water system. He was on time and had an immediate fix. Eco Water Tampa should use him as a trainer for any new technician. If you want clean safe water call
