Extremely professional organization. The presentation was thorough and the system unmatched - after an exhaustive search. We were lucky to have next day installation and we were up and running with 2-3 hours. Check them out if you’re in the market for a whole home purification system.

Overall easy set up experience. After having it in for about a month I haven’t noticed much of a difference but hopefully it increases the lifetime of my appliances

This place is great! The water is fairly priced for those of us with well water. The customer service is also 5 stars. Always helpful, and the only place I go for water refills! Thank you for saving the day with the bag of ice sir!

I can't say enough about this company. I had a major problem with my system.in my money pit house. Kenny, the owner, had guys at my house within 10 minutes. He, himself, came and worked side by side with his guys to helped resolve our problem. It took them several hour, and was all considered under warranty. But, I know better, it was just because they are such a reputable company! Kenny, Shane, Dave, and Phil. Tom and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is the worst ever at paying their bills. Not only do they not return any correspondence they don't pay their invoices either. You would think they could handle it. But as an independent small business it is sad that a fellow neighbor business can't pay for the services they receive.

Kenny came out and took a look at my old system, and made a writeup of a completely new system to replace most everything I had running on the house (I wanted all new equipment.) He explained the problems my specific well has, how the it and they system will work, and what my needs were regarding spending money on new equipment and what is necessary. His installers showed up and completed all the work in a few hours, and even cleaned Iron stains from the side of my house and back pad area from my old softener before installing new equipment. The install is nice and clean, and the new water quality its fantastic, to include a RO system running to the fridge water line. Eco water has financing options, so even though this is a large purchase it doesnt need to be a large sum of money paid all at one time. I also got the maintenance package from them, and they let me keep old equipment that was in working condition to re-sell secondhand if I chose. Professional and honest, I chose them based on reviews from here as well as their consult. Give them a call

Ian tore off our old system. Eco set us up with a softener, iron remover, and under sink 3 filter RO system. Our water is great now!

I used EcoWater for about ten years at my home in Venice, Fl. They always have given outstanding service at a very reasonable price. I had my home up for sale, with sales contract in place, when hurricane Ian came through. The house was undamaged but the water filter system stopped working. Even though they were swamped with customer requests and were short of staff, EcoWater managed to get the system fixed the day before the final house inspection and the sale went through. I am very grateful to them!

These guys are great. Dave saved my bacon right over the phone yesterday.our well stopped working, and right after the hurricane too. I was thinking new well pump or softener pump naturally.but Dave over the phone walked me though how to check the pressure switch and sure enough, that was it.turned off well power myself, filed down the contacts and right back in business again.saved me a service call and a ton of anxiety.
