He took his time to show my husband different cars to test drive; he walked him through each car and was very patient with the whole process. There was NO sleazy sales pressure. He cared about our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate them. He treated us like family. Very impressed with the personal service he provided. This is the 2nd time working with Chris and the service was beyond exceptional, as always. We’ve been to many dealerships and the service is no where near as good, not even close. Working with Chris and the guys at Alfa Romeo was a completely different experience. First class service. Chris is honest, trustworthy, and will go above and beyond to meet your needs and more. I had been searching for a specific spec of Alfa Romeo Stelvio for nearly a year before finding *the one* at Ed Morse Alfa. I live out of state so my husband had to fly down, inspect the vehicle, and drive it 10 hours home. Chris Oviedo did a great job in assisting us with our purchase! He was very polite and helpful and offered a great customer service experience.

I'm very happy that I decided to purchase my vehicle at Brandon Auto Mall. Yesterday, I had a nail on my tire and I called to schedule it to fix. The experience was amazing. Since the phone call to schedule the appointment to have my car at the service department everything was a #100% perfect. Mr. Garcia was kind and patient having my car ready in less than 2 hours as the oil was changed as well. I decided to have lunch at the mall as it's a very short walk. Guess what? Brandon Auto Mall sent a Uber to pick up me and my son because was raining. I forgot to say: My Alfa Romeo Guilia was so clean and looking perfect that I was the must happy customer ever! I high recommend this dealership!

Worst experience I’ve had…salesman was way more respectful than management not allowing me to assist my family in purchasing a vehicle all because I was the one who test drove it so I would have to be the one to purchase/co-Purchase.

Edit: I called about what time service was available on Saturdays and was told 6PM. Came at 4PM, but it actually closes at 3PM. Wasted my time.
I took my car in to replace a part that was covered under warranty. Intake was easy and fast. Service rep Brandon was friendly and helpful, and the work was completed within 45 minutes.
WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE! Loud buzzing noise coming from my car. Lenny and Carlos in service said they claimed that the Stelvio should make a screeching/yelling sound from the engine that causes other people to ask me if I need assistance! I will follow up with posts outlining my experience. My journal of events, with calls, emails, texts, and videos is still online. To the 100,000 people who viewed so far- THANK YOU! I hope you’re one step closer to finding a safe, reliable car for you and your family and avoiding the death trap they seem to be trying to kill me and my children in.
