18I took my vehicle in for an oil change and 2 small repairs to a door and it took an exact week and they didn't even call me to inform me of what was going on. One of the tv of my vehicle was damaged and I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for it to be replaced
We are delighted with our experience. Our car was in an accident and we took it to Ed Morse Cadillac Shop and they return the car to us like new. We must comment on Candido Acevedo, who was in charge of the repair and communicated regularly with us. Always very profesional and diligent. We met the Superintendent Mike and he was very helpful and polite too. We are giving this place an A+.
Waste of time. Confirmed appointment to view car in advance, drove two hours from Orlando to Tampa and had confirmed the morning of the vehicle was available. Asked for all my information after the vehicle had been sold including drivers license information, just to notify me vehicle had been sold. Watch out

I called Ed Morse Cadillac of Tampa and spoke with Katrina. I asked if they still had the 2021 Cadillac Escalade from Autotrader, listed for $92,000. She said yes it was still available, and they had lots of Cadillac Escalades on the lot. I scheduled an appointment and drove in from Orlando, when I arrived they told me they only had 1 Cadillac Escalade and that it was a certified vehicle with only 200 miles. The salesman told me the was priced at $150,000! They told me any all of their New Cadillac Escalades were $50K over sticker but if I ordered one they would sell it to me for $10K over sticker. I told him I wasn't that motivated and left.

Juan is very professional, funny, kind and easy to work with when it comes to getting your car serviced. Very good with communication and custom service. I just purchased a 2017 Escalade form Ed Morse cadillac. The customer service was fantastic allowing me to be home while the brought the car to me. Edwin the sales rep made sure I knew all the features of the car and I was happy with my purchase. My first new car a Cadillac 2021 XT5, very excited at first, but now after 5 months of having this new car, I started to have problems, the Engine won't start at all, today October 3, since the morning, I am trying to communicate with the dealer without any response, it is assumed that they send service when something happens. It's ridiculous, when we go to buy a car they make you see that they provide the best service. However 5 stars for SOS calls, this service is the only one that works as it should. Unfortunately I am disappointed, I thought Cadillac was the most.

We purchased our car in Feb 2021, had a wonderful experience with Zoilo (highly recommend him). Since Feb, I've taken it in twice for service. Once for an oil change, second for regular maintenance. Both times I waited, enjoyed their coffee and talked with other Cadillac owners. Both visits were no longer than 2 hours, During that time I was informed on the status of my vehicle and asked if there was anything they could do for me at least 3 times. I'm glad we chose this dealership, couldn't be happier.
