15 days ago I went to do the maintenance of my car. They offered me to change some parts supposedly to improve performance. The offer was very expensive. And I rejected it for the moment. The car was running about 500 miles per tank since it is hybrid. After that maintenance, the performance drops to 470 miles. What a coincidence that it was just after having rejected the offer and just after that maintenance. I'm sure they did something to make the car spend more fuel and force me to buy the parts that they suggest are very expensive.

I just wanted to say five stars for your sales person, Jen from Philadelphia. She was wonderful. Richard in your finance department explained everything perfect to me. You might want to tighten management up just a hair at Ed Morse so you’re not getting on Angie’s list because I was very close of writing up a nice report for you instead I’m gonna give five stars to your sales people. Thank you for your time have nothing but good to say about.

Omar and Cynthia from here, helped a lot. Omar was super friendly and was very helpful through the process of getting a new vehicle. Cynthia was very helpful with the service of our old vehicle. Will always come back and ask for these two.

Avoid this dealership for service. If you enjoy wasting your time, getting nothing fixed, and leaving feeling extremely frustrated, this service department is for you. When we brought in our new 4runner for a 5,000-mile service, we also asked for 2 issues to be addressed: (1) the paint was falling/peeling off the hitch, and (2) the windows were making a loud screeching noise when going up and down. Upon picking up the vehicle, we were informed that the windows had been fixed, but nothing could be done about the hitch. The windows were still making the noise, and the paint was still falling off the hitch, so nothing was actually fixed.

To resolve this, we contacted Taylor Atallo in customer care. She told us to bring the vehicle back in and assured us the issues would be resolved. During the second service visit, we re-explained the issues and were told that everything would be taken care of. Later that day, Will notified us that everything was fixed and ready to go. When we picked up the vehicle, we again discovered that none of the issues had been resolved. We reiterated the problems to Will, who assured us they would be remedied. We left the vehicle for another day. The next day, Will texted us to say the vehicle was ready to be picked up. When we asked what had been fixed, he replied that the service manager had informed him that the hitch and window issues were typical of a 2023 4runner. This is wrong and definitely not "typical. " Everyone who has seen this agrees that this is a huge problem that needs to be fixed. They never even took the door apart to see what the issue might be. This was a complete waste of our time. We made 3 trips to the dealership over two days, leaving with nothing fixed.

We will have our vehicle serviced at another dealership, and we strongly recommend that anyone seeking results do the same.

Bad experience. During the sale, Mr. Frank Rojas never convinced us with a busy and contemptuous attitude. However, we did business. Sad to note that the car was NOT in excellent condition as they had sold it.
They never verbally reported that the vehicle had a previous registered accident, but now that we seek their help as AFTER-SALES that a Dealer of this size should provide, we approach them and they simply come out with excuses and do not respond because it is easier to get many registration documents signed.eagerness and thus not respond later.
Disrespectful, rude and dishonest. Not even manager Esteban wanted to be fair and answer for what happened.
The only pleasant thing is the maintenance service with Gaby, very professional and friendly.
I don't recommend it, if you buy there, check carefully!

Wow. And not a good wow. My husband and I just today started a conversation with a salesperson there to possibly lease a Prius Prime. There are none on the lot but one is scheduled to come in. Went on line, there is an offer of $4500 lease cash available. Salesperson said well.no. And in fact, he wants to charge $6400 over the sticker price before any further discussion. Nice guy that he is, he said they usually would charge $10,000 over the sticker for this car. Lucky us! Even the regular Prius' are assessed a large premium to the sticker price. Well nope Ed Morse. Lovely commercials. Ugly sales tactics.

I can only say to whoever is going to buy your vehicle, ask and make sure you take the time to review what they deliver, sign and tell you.
Frank Rojas was dishonest and he sold without caring about providing the true condition of the vehicle, I trusted the dealer and that the car was in perfect condition, but the after-sales service is horrible. 0 recommended

Again this dealership did not disappoint!
Ed Morse Toyota in Delray is by far the best in Palm Beach County!
I went in for my routine scheduled maintenance and I was in and out in less than an hour!
I also want to give my service advisor, Danielle Amogra 5 stars!
Seriously people, I’m not paid to say good things about this dealership. I’m saying this from my experience!

Overall a GREAT experience once we started talking to the right people.

My husband and I wanted to transition from sedans to an SUV and I already knew it was going be a challenge due to the current car market. My first experience into car ownership in 2018 had taught me valuable lessons, and I was determined not to repeat those mistakes ever again. It's important to acknowledge that dealerships are businesses, and have to make a profit. However, I have a strong aversion to overselling and taking advantage of customers.

Initially, we chose this dealership primarily due to its proximity. However, my first interaction with a different sales manager left me uneasy, as they attempted to oversell and emphasize their extensive tenure in the industry. For me, what truly matters is a fair price, irrespective of a person's length of service at the dealership. Whether you started working there a decade ago or just yesterday, it should not impact the customer's experience.

Fortunately, we were introduced to John, the inventory manager, who proved to be a breath of fresh air. We had specific preferences regarding the color combination and were willing to wait. We approached him for a vehicle that wasn't even at the dealership yet and was scheduled for delivery at the end of October. To our delight, John not only secured a better deal for the same car coming much sooner than we had expected but also ensured a hassle-free process. He never made us feel like we were being taken advantage of at any point.

I commend him for delivering a seamless car-buying experience and his unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. Even after learning from other reps at the dealership that he had been at Ed Morse for years he never once used that as a selling point or try to downplay our knowledge. Our experience at Ed Morse, particularly with John was truly exceptional.

I'd also like to extend my appreciation to Bruce and Dee. Bruce initiated the introduction to John and Dee kept us well-informed throughout the process of waiting for our car to come in.

We love our new car!

Met with Luke at Ed Morse in Delray off Linton. Super nice guy, he is there to help and facilitate a deal. You can tell he knows what he's doing & wants to help. Bought a Highlander certified 2021. He made it pretty easy!

Luke Svanberg was helpful and personable with my new car lease. I had a set price limit and felt he heard me and did his very best to make my deal happen on my terms. It was a long process, and he was professional and courteous every step of the way. I'll look for him again when this new lease is up!

Want to share my experience. Very satisfied with the ethics and professionalism of Ed Morse. Had some challenges in the sales process and the sales manager Jim took ownership and made things right.
It's very rare especially in South Florida to find a company that values you as a person and treat you with respect. The experience overall has been very positive and looking forward to doing business with them for many years.

I have to express my displeasure. In February of 2023 we bought a new Rav4. At the time we were told we would receive a second Fob in the mail due to a chip shortage. We followed up several times and eventually were told we would receive a letter in the mail over the summer telling us when the new Fob would arrive. Finally on September 25 we received the letter telling us to call the dealership and are still receiving a run around about getting the second Fob. Eight months and we are still chasing the second Fob down. We paid over sticker for the car and Ed Morse Toyota should be proactive. I guess when the sale is complete they wash their hands of you. Having only one Fob has been a constant inconvenience.

Have extended warranty and service department couldn’t find my policy.
Was charged $900 for repair that was covered by my extended warranty.
Submitted a claim and now have to wait 2-3 weeks to get reimbursed.
Shame on your service person Mr. Will who didn’t search my account.
