In June of this year (2023) I noticed that one of the screens for a window that Senez had installed in Feb of 2018 had bowed at the bottom of it, causing a gap at the bottom of the screen and window. I stopped at the Office to inquire if the screen was warrantied as the windows are. The Woman that I spoke with did not know and said she would inquire and get back to me. A couple of weeks passed and I again contacted them to get an answer, with the same response. Approximately a week later I still haven't had a reply so I stopped at the office again and was asked to take some pictures, and send them to her via text. I did this. On July 24th I was informed that they would have one of their installers come out to look at it. A week passed and I didn't have any info on the status so I contacted them again, and was told that the installer had placed weather stripping on the window frame. I again stopped at the office asking if the screens were warranted, and was told they would have Ed call me. Approximately 10 days later I again haven't heard from them, so I stopped at the office again asking the same question. Anita, who is the office Manager (?) said that the installer had placed the weather srtipping as I previously mentioned. I stated to her that if that was the way the Manufacturer had designed the window they would have put on weather stripping, not some Mickey mouse attempt at a fix as you have done. I then told her that I couldn't understand why it was so hard to get a simple yes or no answer, to the screens being covered by a warranty. Anita said she would check with the Manufacture.as of today I still haven't had a response as to the screens being warrantied. I have a saying to describe the quality of a business, that being the difference between a good and great business is their communication. Senez's communication, being absolutely PATHETIC, is a fitting description of their Company. I will say that they were good back in 2018 but obviously that was then.

I had an open carport that I wanted enclosed with A lifestyle screen door, it was an unusual request because it’s normally a door that gets put in behind a solid garage door.

Ed ordered the door. I had to wait a couple of months for the work to get started and the door to come in because it was a custom order, I could not be happier with the job that his team did.

It was well worth the wait I highly recommend Ed and his company for all of your aluminum needs. I would hire them back in a heartbeat well done guys!

They did a fantastic job on the aluminum patio cover at our home. I had a couple unusual requests: no screen and columns wrapped in wood. They didn't even blink at the requests and the end result is beautiful! But, let me prepare you, these guys ARE VERY BUSY so you will wait awhile until they get to your project. But once they got to mine, they were fast, efficient, professional and knowledgeable.

$268 for a doggie door and they don’t provide the door. Customer has to research and buy door separately. No professional here. Look elsewhere

The lack of communication and unwillingness to right their wrongs has been incredibly frustrating. They incorrectly installed a gutter along our aluminum patio. This caused large amounts of water to pool on our roof, damaging the roof and leading to severe leaks inside the patio. After multiple calls and emails for help, they finally came out and switched out the gutter, but did not fix the water damage done to the patio roof. As the damage was caused by an issue they created, it's only right for them to fix it. We won't be using their services again in the future.

Ed Senez came out to do an estimate on November 28,2022. He was super nice and explained that his company was booked four months out. He even offered to give me the number of a guy whose business is roll down shutter repair, which we also need. I didn't write down the guy's name because Mr. Senez said he would include it on the estimate. HOWEVER, it is now December 15th and still no estimate after nearly three weeks. I have called the office three times requesting it and each time I was told by the person who answered he would have it to me in a couple days. If I have to wait this long for an estimate, and receive this poor service before we even start, I do not want to do business with this company. It is a shame, because I really thought he was nice and helpful.

We used this company to build our screen porch as well as the gutters. On the outside our screen porch looks beautiful, however it leaks to this day. It took forever for them to come out and build it, which would be ok, but there was no communication. We had to call every time for an update. We’ve complained 2x for them to come out after the porch was finished due to leaking. They did send out the same guy to fix it but it’s still leaking in the same spots after having been “fixed”. My husband wasn’t going to call again for the same guy to come out and give us attitude about the same leaks he “fixed”. It’s unfortunate but I wouldn’t recommend for a porch.

We’ve had numerous jobs done by the guys at Ed Senez Aluminum. Each time the crews were awesome, professional and super friendly. I highly recommend them for any aluminum job you want done.
