I work and exercise very often. So when my body is exhausted and needs to rejuvenate, I go to Eden Spa. I even have a chronic shoulder injury. The massage techniques used here helps to mitigate the strain

I came in feeling sore and I came out feeling like a whole new man. The shiatsu massage is definitely a must try here! On top of the great massage, the staff was hospitable and very professional!

Much clean the receptionist is very sweet and politely and the most important is the massage was excellent, strongly recommended!

I have found a massage studio that I know I will use for a long time to come. I have a long history of back issues I have scoliosis and have to spend most of my day hunched over a desk helen was amazing. She could tell where I was hurting just by taking one look at me, fully dressed! She knew exactly what to do to help get rid of the pain and is clearly very knowledgeable about her craft. She used a great combo of deep tissue massage and stretching, and it really did the trick. Helen allows you to relax quietly during the massage if that’s what you’d like to do, but if you’d rather talk, she is very friendly, funny, and engaging. I left feeling so relaxed and happy, and I will most certainly be back.

I have been a regular customer for 3 years, The masseuses are very professional and pleasant, and have a good technique with knowledge of ACU spots. If you have chronic stiff shoulders and lower back pain, I would highly recommend!

Every time I visit the Miramar I make it a habit to go back here at least once. They do an amazing job at their massages, though it is a bit pricey!

I had my first massage at today and it was fantastic! I asked for a relaxing Swedish massage and that is exactly what linda delivered. I have some tickle zones but her technique was spot on for keeping me completely relaxed the entire time! I think I even dozed a little! Looking forward to my next appointment!

Wow whee! If you are looking for deep tissue massage - this is the place for you! There is very professional and great at what they do.
