I've rented here before and it was good. At the end, about 3 years ago there was a rat problem. New owners bought the place and cleaned it up. I moved in again this weekend and things were nice and clean, and the rates are very reasonable.

I have been using them for years and I have had no problems and they're reasonably priced.
