This is the ugliest bouquet of flowers I have ever seen, and to receive it on Mother’s Day, full of dead flowers it’s such a disappointment! The fruit was old and spoiled, more than half went in the garbage! The grapes were disgusting, old, the same as the strawberries who were brown on one side and the better side was up! The whole tray was meant for garbage, but was delivered anyway! Doesn’t anyone check before an order goes out the door? If I could give zero stars to this establishment, I would! One of the most important days of the year, and this place failed miserably! Someone should send this manager this garbage and see how he/she likes it! Shame on you!

This staff at this store went out of their way to make a delivery to my mother. They went back three times to make sure she received her delivery and communicated with me about their attempts. They went above and beyond.

Husband ordered an arrangement to be delivered for Valentines Day to my office on 1/24. At 5pm I received a call asking how long I would be at my office for and if the delivery could be rescheduled. Husband tried to call in the afternoon to see where the order was, and only got a voicemail and no call back. Very disappointing considering edible arrangements are not cheap, he placed an order about 3 weeks in advance (and not last minute) only for it not to be delivered and for me to be told they were “busy” and that is why it was not delivered. Huge holiday for deliveries and everyone is short handed, I get it, but a little more communication would have been appreciated.

Terrible service, request delivery for 12 pm, the person who answered me on the phone was very rude. At 2 pm I had to go get the order myself with no refund for delivery. I do not recommend it.

Very poor customer service! Very disappointed I will not order from this location again. For starters no one answers the phone at this location. I verified before placing the order that the treats would be delivered early I was told "businesses will be delivered first". Highly don't recommend this location!
