They should check the glasses with strawberries and chocolate that they have on display for sale, only the strawberries on top were in good condition, the strawberries on the bottom were rotten, check the merchandise that they have now for sale
They are awesome! The only reason why anyone doesn't say they like anything is because they either want something for free or they just want attention. But to be short staffed on a super busy holiday and still getting er' done is amazing and they are always on point. It's all in how you say things ya'll. Let's stop the hate and bring in some positive vibes! Love ya'll!

Failed to deliver, after confirming delivery for that day, no phone calls were made to update us about our order not being delivered. My Husband called for an update and was told “we’ve run out of time”, fine we get it, but communication could have saved all of this. Fruit was mushy, or had not even begun to ripen. All but 2 pieces, 1, strawberry, and 1 pineapple were inedible.
Disappointed in customer service and the quality of my gift. Yearly we use this location, never have had an issue, I will most likely not return.
Bad customer service. Woman at the counter was bad mouthing previous customers.
Hopefully, no one encounters my experience. I placed an order for Valentine’s Day, and when I arrived, provided a screenshot of the confirmation. The employee and “manager? ” At the front desk proceeded to tell me the website has been a common problem. They did nothing to rectify the situation, wouldn’t try putting anything together, and told me all they could offer was what was in the cooler. I asked if I could at least get a discount or something to make up for the company’s error, but she says no because it wasn’t “their” fault, that it was corporate. All the while, she was making snide remarks about other customers calling in. If optional, go elsewhere.
