New home built by Ryan’s over $300,000 home and they can’t get it right! They sent technicians out to the home on two separate occasions and the problem still exist! The panel box need complete replacement. I have called more than three times, left messages for ms bagly no return call to date! Here it is 2 am and the lights are off once again! I am tired of calling, this is poor business and for Ryan’s home to continue to use edmonson electrician is a darn shame! I will be reaching out to RH once again tomorrow! Why does it have to take more than one call on a problem that was never fixed correctly. Poor customer service! Poor business! This is sad and horrible! I am afraid of a fire and this is why I putting this out there, anything happen to my fam and me see edmonson electric company! This is new construction by Ryan’s home, disgraceful!

Completely incompetent. They always give some excuse out of their control (i.e, “the wet Florida weather is causing my garbage disposal to not work”) instead of just fixing their original shoddy work.

I was scheduled with a meritage home warranty service for ring doorbell issues with edmonson electric. First of all kalina was great with scheduling and taking my call. 2nd the service tech nate was outstanding. Not only was he professional but went above and beyond to make sure i understood everything. The poor guy even vacuumed up when he was done for a little dust. I would highly recommend this service tech and this company. Even after the warranty with my new home comes to an end, i will now be their customer 100%. Thank you for tge great service

They wired my new construction house incorrectly. Refused to fix the issue. The garage switch controls the kitchen, patio and the garage. There is a dummy switch that controls NOTHING. I am afraid of a fire. I don’t trust their work.

I have called and left three messages and no one has called me back. I guess now that I'm outside of my builder warranty it isn't important. Worst customer service,

I honestly can not say enough good things about the recent experience I had with this company and our service technician that came to our new build home. Robert was our tech, he was punctual, professional, and had an amazing ability in explaining what our issue was to us in simple terminology. He was very patient with us as well as all of our questions and concerns. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job, and is extremely knowledgable in his field. We had a GFCI compatibility issue with our new garage door opener, but he was able to fix our problem while also saving us a whole days work again to install another opener.

I’m Janet Hernandez I was
a previous employee from SeaBreeze Electric. I was hired in March and was a great employee received recognition from several outside contractors. After some time in August when it was then mentioned that we were bought out by your company Edmonson Electric, everyone in the company was scared wether our jobs were secure and what our next steps would be. Being a single mother of 3 and having absolutely no family here in the states. I was extremely worried, Your company then had an orientation meeting were it was then decided we were safe our jobs were secure we had nothing to worry about, I believed and was very thankful for the new upcoming and what I then thought a great change. The co worker I had helping me in my customer service department left leaving me behind to do both his and my job duties. I learned his position very quickly and kept the company running with myself being the only customer service staff. I took care of scheduling every office in every location that we owned, took work orders requested payments etc. I kept being assured my job was safe keep holding on your doing great! I even sat and spoke with you and again you reassured me not to worry we were all here to stay. My story with this company ends on October 30,2019 when I was then sat down to be told my services are no longer needed. With no reason at all. No advance notice. Nothing I did wrong Tina from human resource stated that I’m re hirable, couldn’t answer any of my questions but that I was let go. I am a child of god and god has never left me behind god bless and you will soon see my shoes and hats at this office will be hard to fill. Why did you say we were safe if we weren’t why place an ad and hire someone new and let me go leaving me to hold on to nothing. Telling me my job was safe when it wasn’t. You didn’t complete your word on your end and anyone that asks. I will let them know how unfair your company was leaving a single mother with no family out in the streets to fend for her young. I hope you enjoy the rest of your day and enjoy your company. My prayers to you is for you to never be in the position you left me and my family god bless you.

Great service. Owner cares about their work. Anything that you may need they come back and fix it. Highly recommend

Not sure how to gage my experience the people I spoke with were nice. It was odd that when I called about an electrical issue for my new build home thats going into yr 4 and their stickers are in the home and they said its out warranty here is someone we would refer you to call and I couldn't pay them to come out. Wasn't looking for any free service

We live in Silverstone South and all they do is run stop signs, fly through the neighborhood and cut people off because they don't stop at stop signs. They need to slow down children play here!

Vast knowledge difference between techs. Have a new house, wired by Edmundson. Many wiring issues. Some techs come out with the attitude of it’s the homeowners fault. Had Adan today, when he walked in literally his first comment was most likely it was the fan wiring. I explained the previous tech checked that and said it was 100% correct.

Adan then spent the rest of his time there not fixing the issue and arguing. Unprofessional. I had other trades at the house, they were taken aback.

I did refuse to sign his paperwork, as he did not do his job.

I’m hopeful that Edmundson can move this to a 4 star review by having a competent tech come out and fix their problem.

Refused to accommodate a reasonable service window. Worse than the cable company. No one has all day to wait around for them to fix work that they did incorrectly a year ago.

By far the worst company to have as your electricians. The put the wrong size wire coming into my home from the meter. They put a 150 amp instead of a 200 amp wire. Then they wanted to take the easy way out or lazy way and just change the breaker box to a 150 amp. I have been living in fear since I was told my home could burn down. They refused to change the wire when 5 of the other home that are identical to mine have the 200 amp wire. So, today I hired this company to redo Edmonson electric’s huge mess up. This is what had to be done to a home that is 1 year old and newly built in 2017 home. Update! It cost me $1900 for their incompetence. Their incompetence could have ended our lives in a massive fire!

The company has contracts with multiple builders and prioritizes their work by the builder. The staff is rude & their work is horrible. Please hire an inspector to oversee the work. They will cut corners.

These scumbags were the electrical subs in my community, and they are terrible. I have light switches behind doors, tucked away in closets, and we've blown 6 arc breakers on the year we've lived here. Absurd how poor of a job they did.
