Very busy office but efficient. No long waiting times and the staff helps you gladly along your appointment.

Dr Sabates is caring and attentive. His assistant is charming. Unfortunately I cannot share the same sentiment about his associate Dr Juwaid who represented the office during a recent hospital stay. He was rude and abnoxious and made me cry. I had never met him before after all the times I visited Sabates. He almost had me end my relationship with Dr Sabates. I reported incident to Dr Sabates who showed concern but since have received no explanation for behavior or an apology.

My husband had open heart surgery a d the level of follow up and care 2 Doctors Sabates (father and Son) have given my husband is only what a family can give

The staff is very professional and polite. Treat the patients very respectfully and with kindness. I’m so happy to be treated by Dr. Sabates and his staff.

This is a great office. The wait time is like nonexistant. The attention and competence

Dr Sabates is great and his staff are friendly, but the last few times I’ve gone there I’ve waited 30-45 minutes past my appointment time to be called, then you wait another 30 minutes to see Dr Sabates

This rating applies only to the office. Getting through to the office by phone just to confirm the appointment is impossible. I had to physically go to their office to confirm in person. Even then I got another call later that afternoon asking if I was keeping my appointment. As for Dr. Sabates, he’s in my network and I hope he’s good at what he does for me. Time will tell.

The PA was awesome! She took her time explaining everything! I really liked her caring nature for patients!

Dr. Sabates was my cardiologist for close to 40 years. He is very smart and extremely caring. Before he was my doctor he was my mothers doctor. He took excellent care of her and saved her life many times until he couldn't save it anymore. She was 83 when she died. He also has saved my life many times. In 2020, I had open heart surgery with a surgeon who saved my life but wasn't that easy to address. Since then Dr. Sabates had issues in his family and I no longer felt than he really cared about me at all. His PA is awesome! He is awesome! I wish I never left because the doctor I am with now stinks.
