This store has the worst customer service ever. You are not allowed to browse the store without someone hovering over you.the lady was very rude. I will never be returning here.

Horrible customer service. They lack empathy and have poor business policies that are rigid. Thd quality of clothing is poor. The children complain about the clothes itching. I am very disappointed that the female owner is unreasonable. The schools should give parents multiple options to buy from so the owner doesn’t feel that she is not the sole coordinator for the school. This will force her to be gracious to her customers and care to keep business.

You are amazing! I ordered shirts for my grandson yesterday and got them today. I couldn't ask for better service. I didn't even tell you that I needed them ASAP, as he starts school tomorrow. You still came through, without even knowing. I can't thank you enough for your great service. I will definitely be ordering from you again.

Poorest customer service. Only reason I purchase is to support school daughter goes to. But thx. I will stick to buying from Walmart. That's how low I think of their service.

It's great! As soon as we walked in somebody came right over and helped! The process was very smooth and the woman was very helpful.the checkout process was also very smooth! I love going here to get uniforms!

It would have been very helpful to update your hours online for the entire two weeks that you're closed during the holiday.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service from this store. We paid $60.which is incredibly overpriced, for 2 shirts for my 5 year old son. They were incredibly small compared to other shirts we had from them in the same size. I called to voice my concerns and was told I could pay shipping back and forth to return them. They would do nothing to help me. So for 2 shirts for a 5 year old I would be out over $80 dollars. This is literally insane.

FIRST TIME SHOPPER - We went to Educational Outfitters to get dri-fit type polo shirts for my daughter. From the moment I walked into the store we had an assistant help us. She assisted us in selecting the polos, waited while my daughter tried it on, made sure it fit correctly, and assisted us selecting the remainder of the polos we needed. Once we were done, she took the polos to the counter for us while we waited in line. The assistant and the cashier were very pleasant. The store itself is large and very organized. I was very pleased with my experience and the courteous of the employees. Definitely will recommend this store!
