Absolutely horrible experience. If you have another uniform option, do yourself the favor of going elsewhere. I ordered uniforms over 20 days ago, it took until last Saturday for me to even get in contact with someone. They do not return phone calls, emails, or stick to deadline. Very very rude staff with no customer service. I was told the color that my son choose wouldn't even be in stock until November and no one bothered to contact me! Worst experience getting uniforms ever. We have selected alternate colors and still no uniforms. Very disappointing.

Had to wait about 6 weeks for a order. Still waiting on 2 more items from a that was placed almost 2 months ago.

Cant figure out why they get away with such poor service. They Promised the uniform was ordered in time and would arrive 1 week prior to school start and here we are without a uniform, they don't answer their phones, they dont have product in the store which is the busiest time of year. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS!

I ordered my daughters school uniform polos over 2 weeks ago. I’ve been calling the store with no answer just voicemail since Saturday. Yesterday, a store rep was unprofessional took a message promised to call me back with an update after the store closes at 6. Today, I spoke with an elderly woman Donna who hung up on me when asked to speak to a manager. I would not recommend this uniform store! That’s bad business and no customer service skills!

Good customer service but can work on their prices.
