Very kind lady helped my mom with her sunglasses, lens popped out and my mom can’t see without them, and she helped us with a very kind attitude. I applaud her!

I went to this optician looking for a specific model of Rayban sunglasses. After showing the photo of the glasses, the seller just pointed to the place showing where the Raybans were. It didn't even show me the available options. Terrible attendance.

My review is about quality and durability. I purchased glasses here in 2014 or 2015. Over the years, the lenses have been replaced multiple times to accommodate adjustments in prescription. However the frames have remained in near perfect condition. And sure I have dropped them some. Life happens. But wow my frames still look great and fit my face well to this day!

Went there to get an eye exam today at the Brickell location. After refusing any additional treatments that the insurance wouldn't cover (verbal and in writing to the front desk staff and the dr) and making very clear that I am just looking to get a basic eye exam I was charged additional $40 for " contact lens fitting. " Please note, I made very clear that I won`t be getting lenses from them (I order them on line) and that I will be going with the same lenses (size and brand) as I used in the past. Which was also dr.favorite choice.
Not an honest practice - very rude manager. Charge will be disputed.

I had bought a pair of sunglasses at sunglass hut. The arm fell off. I brought it back to Sunglass hut and the lady said she had to look through a lot of screws and couldn’t fix it. She suggested that I go to Ed Beiner across the mall I went into Ed Beiner and Edward Caputo immediately started working on them. He worked on them for about a half an hour, but couldn’t find the right screw. Then Colin Martin came in and Collin said no problem. I’ll just call Ray ban and get another screw for you. He asked me if I bought the sunglasses there. I said no I didn’t. He said no problem they would fix them anyway which they did at no charge. Now that’s customer service! Very impressed with these two gentlemen.

Such a kind and supportive staff! I broke my nose pad and they fixed it so quickly. Also went above and beyond to clean the rest of the glasses (very dirty). Special thanks to Maritza Alvarez!

Great service. I needed to renew my prescription and they got me in same day. However answered the phone was super helpful. I thought pricing here would be crazy because of Brickell but they are very reasonable. The doc was super helpful in improving my vision. Their eyewear selection is top notch. Thank you!
