Edward Beiner Optical The Mall at Millenia, Orlando

We bought glasses in Miami at the store and they were Gucci sunglasses and they fell apart within two days of having the glasses then we took them to Gucci. They would not work with us like they said they would on the telephone. So We went back into the store at the millennia mall where Hernando was the first one to help us and he took care of the entire problem so we exchanged the glasses because we decided not to go with Gucci products and longer. This type of service is what clients are looking for from high dollar retail establishments. Fantastic job

I just love this store! Been coming here (and later my husband) for 11 years now. I don’t go anywhere else for my eyewear. They have the best and most gorgeous eyewear pieces. I commend Gabby, Monica and Fernando for their warm and welcoming attitude, courtesy and superb customer service! They are all willing to help me if my eyewear needs to be repaired or needs to be adjusted…
I just went there again for another pair of eyeglasses. Fernando is most awesome! He helped me pick the frame and I was also able to choose the shape of the lenses according to my preference. WoW it came out amazing! I surely got heaps of compliments with my eyeglasses…

I was the only customer at the store and there were 3 representatives. Monica was helping me to select the right frames. She wasn’t friendly and wasn’t engaging. In the middle of helping me with the selections, a male Caucasian walked in, she just stopped helping me and jumped into helping him right away while let me waited for 15 minutes. That was rude and not a way to treat any customers so I left. I’m surprised that with this high end optical store this is how an employee treating a customer

Gabrielle is the best! I knew I wanted a pair of Tom Ford glasses and she quickly helped me pick the perfect pair. She made the entire process quick and simple. My order was expected in a little more than a week and it arrived in 4 days. This is the 3rd pair of glasses from Edward Beiner and the experience is always outstanding.

Just visited this store this weekend, had a great experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming! Eyewear specialist Monica was beyond helpful and assisted me during my visit. I will definitely be visiting again and will recommend to anyone looking for eye care.

I wanted to personally write a review regarding my experience with Eyewear Specialist Monica yesterday August 18,2020. She was friendly knowledgeable and kind. I was shown a variety of amazing sunglasses. I am still on the fence about the purchase and whether I choose to buy from your store or not I thought this associate should be recognized.

Do yourself a favor and go to a different store. Edward Beiner’s employees’ lack of professionalism is out of this world. These individuals do not value your business regardless of how much you money are spending. They are rude, disrespectful and extremely unwelcoming.

Have never visited this store before but on trip to orlando to get my glasses fixed and lenscrafters were no help, Joel Negron came right over and in about 10 minutes my glasses were fixed and I was on my way. I will definitly visit this establishment when I need new glasses. Thank you so much Noel
