Dr. Frankoski is TOTALLY AWESOME. He was very patient and thorough with me during my consultation and follow up treatment WAIT TIME WAS VERY MINIMAL. Tremendously professional and knowledgeable about his field of work. I am very pleased with my service from him.

Cindy, greeted me and took my vitals in the treatment room. She was very kind and gentle in every way. Dr. Frankoski spent a great amount of time answering a lot of questions that my husband and I kept asking him in several different ways. He explained my medical problems in great detail. More than once the doctor told me that all the decisions would be up to me and that at any time I could change my mind! The experience surpassed my expectations based upon some of the ridiculously negative reviews that I had read before I made the appointment. I am so glad that I had listened to my rheumatologist, Dr. Gaylis, who insisted that I meet with Dr. Frankoski to discuss my pain treatment. What a great staff, Cindy who is front desk, very helpful, friendly & smart, To Betty Doc's nurse, Gets you right back, ask you your issues, takes vital, She is from old school, Very good at her job, To Dr. Frankoski who is patient, listens, explains how we can understand, excellent with procedure, Spends time, Been going her now for sometime, Very happy with this practice.

Dr and nurse assistants are nice and informative. However the receptionist is so rude and incompetent she gives you random days for scheduling doesn't even ask your name or try to work with you. Constantly making personal phone calls no wonder the line is always busy. She should be replaced.great place but will lose new and returning clients due to I'm competence of making this women the face of office!
