Excellent staff including Dr Edward L Budd! I went here 2 years ago but last year I went to another Dr because Dr Budd was completely booked for 2 months and since I could not wait for a 2 months appointment I went somewhere else to my regret. Dr Edward Budd is the best doctor of the best! Excellent exam and a total outcome! I will keep going to see Dr. Edward Budd where I get better results from beginning to the end!

Dr. Budd has been my doctor all my life. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and thorough doctor. Dr. Budd has a great manner with his patients, and I recommend him 100%.

My sons glasses broke and I knew he was about due for his yearly visit. They understood that it made no sense to buy a frame when he may need another prescription. They are very understanding and not pushy. They had no appointments for a month but I was placed on a waiting list and they got us in sooner. It’s always a pleasant experience when we come here. We have been patients for about 3 years. Thank you!

Dr. Buddy in my opinion is very rude. He is also incompetent. My glasses are of no use to me. I see better without them. Don't use him. Very unpleasant.

Terrible! Friday, 3/19/21, I called at 4: 45pm and was put on hold when I told the woman that I wanted to set an appointment. When she came back on the line, it was closer to 4: 50 and the line mysteriously disconnected when I repeated my request for an appointment and that I would be a new client. I called back - just in case it was a mistake haha - and my call went straight to voicemail. I called again today, Monday, 3/22 at around 10: 30 a.m. Just in case the rudeness was a mistake but nope! She told me that the next available appointment was in May and AS I WAS SPEAKING, to say I could not wait that long - she hung up on me again. Basically, "oh no, I can't (CLICK). " I didn't get a chance to find out how wonderful Dr. Budd is or whether, once you get past that rude telephone agent, the rest of the staff delivers good customer service.

I've taken my children to various optometrist and I can now happily say we have found the place! Dr. Budd is Very thorough, educated, and worth the wait (if any). The staff is very kind, detailed, and polite. I fully recommend this place.
