If you are serious about taking the training and walking away with the knowledge and confidence to perform the task, I highly recommend this agency. She explains everything thoroughly and with clarity. I have taken classes in the past, and this, by far, is the definition of high quality training.

Effective CPR Training INC is life safer. I had only 4 days to get that CPR certificate in order to start nursing school this semester. I did not know what to do because I couldn’t find any other places within the time frame that I needed until I came across Effective CPR Training INC. I called them quickly and immediately placed my order. I studied, went to class and passed the exam. The instructor also makes sure that you understand everything. Thank you so, so much.

The CPR Course was required for Chaplain membership. I researched the American Heart Association, and Effective CPR was in Miami Gardens. Spoke China, was registered in about 30 minutes. The instructor was awesome and professional. The test was tricky, nevertheless, it was good. Our hands-on training was very good. I would gladly recommend Effective CPR Training for certification. Only draw back, not enough parking available.

Let me tell you I have taken about 3 cpr classes and this by far was the most knowledgeable fun and flawlessly executed BLS course I have ever taken. I came in expecting to just learn what I needed to pass the test but I left with knowledge exceeding my skills in cpr. She trained us beyond the text for real life situations. I can tell she is genuine about her craft and very versed in her expertise. I would recommend this class to any and everybody for sure.

Today I took a class with Ms. China & she was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and thorough. You can tell she takes her craft seriously because it was definitely exuded! She made sure we learned more than enough to be fully prepared for more than just the test but real life scenarios. I would highly recommend anyone to take your BLS class with her! 10/10 experience!

I had a wonder experience today with Ms. China. Besides the class being interactive, she made it more easier for me to understand by speaking in terms that felt comfortable for me. The class didn’t feel like a class, it more so felt like a conversation where I learned, and I appreciate that.

The experience was great and extremely effective as it says in its name 10/10 recommended.

I signed up to do my hands on training for bls. Ms. China was very nice but her customer service needs so much work. The day before my class I paid for my class (63 dollars) and I didn’t receive any confirmation email or details regarding my seat in class, even though I had paid. I said I’ll just wait a bit and I’ll probably get an email. I did not. So the next day (day of the class) at the first hour of the day I start calling ms china and her offices, two different numbers that did not answer my calls. I called several times to both numbers. I emailed her 5 times. She decided to call me to confirm my seat in class 30 minutes before the class was supposed to begin. I live an hour away from the location she provided. There was no way I was going to make it in time. So due to ms. Chinas lack of customer service I asked to reschedule cause I had been trying to contact her for hours and hours before the class started and she ignored it. With no possible way of making it in time I obviously need to reschedule. She charged me a rescheduling and a processing fee because I couldn’t make it into the class. So not only did I lose 50 bucks but I didn’t get my certification because of this company’s horrible customer service.

Ms. China is a great instructor! She made the class fun, interactive and to the point. She has amazing teaching skills and does not mind explaining again or answering questions. She is a boss giving class and sharing her knowledge! I will definitely be back in 2025 to renew my BLS with her.

My instructor Ms. China was the best teacher hands down! She explained everything extremely well and she properly demonstrated what I needed to do in an emergency. She takes her time and goes over everything with you. Please don't be afraid to ask questions. It's better to ask than not ask and go out in this world not knowing what you are doing. I would recommend her over and over! She is so sweet and well-spoken. Book with her you will not be disappointed!
