5 stars ***** I have had more than just one experience at Effortless Arches Med Spa! I had two services Lips and Botox and the Injectors were amazing very polite. I also had the honor of being one of LeeAnns students for Lips Blushing! She's a great instructor and educator and on top of that she still gives me her best advice on any questions I might ask. Im so happy I met her and if your thinking about any of her services or classes she's great!

This review is solely based on a Lip Blushing certification I received from Leanne last week. Leanne is so sweet and I enjoyed her class. I think her course is beginner friendly and I am so excited to start my career in permanent make up. This is my first PMU course and in 2 weeks I’ll be working on a live model. Most lip blushing course in Florida you gotta pay an arm and a leg to work on a live model, but with Leanne her price is reasonable!

I had an awesome experience. Leanne is so talented, so kind and so enjoyable to be with. I got a great education and was blown away by the results - they're life changing because of the balance it immediately brought to my face. I had previous work done (microblading years ago) that was done incorrectly and needed correction, the faded & ashy color had to be neutralized before she could do what I really needed. We consulted and did all the work in one appointment and I left looking worlds different and refreshed. I had consulted with 2 people previously who were not able to make the corrections. Leanne is AMAZING. Look no further!

I trained for Effortless Lip Blushing with Leanne. I can't recommend her enough to others. I had no prior training or experience experience as a permanent makeup artist, but she did a fantastic job explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. I looked forward to my to the start of my new career.

Leanne is amazing, she fixed my previous microblading and after 2 years of her doing my powder brows still looks amazing. They totally have the effortless look

I was lucky enough to have her do my lips when she was training another esthetician and it was really refreshing to hear how much she knew about what she was doing.

She knows lip blushing backwards and forward. She helps you find a custom color of your preference, she makes sure you are comfortable the entire treatment and she follows up daily after the procedure.

I did a lot of research before getting my lips done by her - she followed protocol 100% and not a single “red flag” moment happened.

I highly recommend her for both the procedure and training! I can’t wait to see my lips fully healed!

Leanne is amazing at what she does! I had to get microblading removal for my eyebrows done and she has done a fantastic job at it. She is a very genuine person, and puts 100% effort into all her clients.

Leanne is knowledable and experienced, I am so pleased with the shape and color of my brows! I just had my 2nd appointment a week ago & even though I still have a couple of weeks until they are fully healed I just know they will be perfect. Leanne is a sweetheart & tries to make you as comfortable as possible & the soothing music is a nice touch. Her spa is calming & clean which is super important ofc! I highly recommend Leanne!

I am writing this review pertaining to the training I had a few weeks ago. First let me say that I decided to go for training with Leanne at Effortless Arches because of what she posts on her Instagram about how and what she said she does in her trainings. She said she teaches mapping and there is no mapping taught. She just outlines. She doesn’t teach string method or use any tools for precision. On her Instagram she shows students working with the machine on practice skins but she doesn’t do that either. We used the machine for maybe 30 minutes the first day and that was it. No practice on practice skins. She said “she doesn’t have us work on skins bc it’s better to learn on a real person” When every top trainer will tell you to get your pressure and technique down before you touch a live person. This is PERMANENT makeup! She left the room when we were working on live models to help a walk in customer. Leanne just left the room and spent a good 15-20 minutes giving this customer a tour around her salon. After that another customer walked in and she spoke with her too! I had been working on my eyebrow model for about 30 minutes, and that was when I decided to step back and not finish the model and I cancelled my model that was coming for lips. I lost all confidence in her as an instructor at that point. She was not supervising like she said she would be. I’m sorry but I paid $4000 for your time and this is Permanent makeup we are putting on these women. She should never leave the room where she is supposed to be supervising. She was inconsistent with teaching her techniques. First she said she does it one way but then when we asked a question, she had a different answer on what to do. Same question asked…different answers given each time. She gave the other girl in my class the Black Friday special of $1000 off and when I asked about that discount she lied and said it wasn’t for this specific class and she asked the girl to lie to me about what she paid if I asked her. She is all about the money and that’s all she talks about. No love of helping women feel beautiful or love of the industry. She talks about loving how much money she makes. She cross contaminated all day long and to top it all off…. We spent 3 days with our eyes burning from being in her salon from what she said was her roof being tented. I brought all of this up to her and left on the 3rd day without working on my models. I asked for a partial refund of $2000 which I thought was fair being she over charged me $1000 and I never completed her course and did not work on models and did not get instruction on techniques with the machine. She refused! She offered me to train one on one in the future but after seeing how she teaches and how all over the place she is, I did not want any more instruction or any certification from her. She sends all of her pictures out to be refinished before she posts them (she told us this herself) so you really aren’t getting a true picture of the work so I’m not saying anything about her actual work. Just the absolute terrible, disorganized, over priced training. I have absolute proof of everything I have stated in this review and plan to take legal action. It’s just not ok to advertise that you teach something that you really do not teach at all! There are so many other excellent courses and trainers out there who will deliver what they promise. Just please do your homework before you hand over your hard earned money.

Hi everyone! I recently took Leanne's powder brow and lip blushing course. I am already a trained mircoblading artist and wanted to further my skills with the machine so I could offer more to my clients. Leanne was informative, patient, and provided a good education with her specific style of permanent make up. I feel I have grown with my machine skills and can better create beautiful brows, and now lips, for clients. The class was 3 fast paced days, so if you are super new, I would say do more 1: 1 as it can be a lot to take in. My models came out beautiful! I have used her technique since then and very happy with how my clients brows are looking after taking her course. She has since been very responsive to my texts with questions and mentoring me. I am thankful for that as it can be very lonely in this industry. If you are an artist looking to further your skills, I highly recommend Leanne's course for both powder brows and lip blushing. She introduced me to a new line of Ink that I am absolutely loving. Leanne, thank you for showing us new artists that we can be successful in this business!

While I appreciate the great advertising and marketing strategies utilized by this business on their company vehicle; what I don’t appreciate and find really odd is that the driver of their company SUV disrespects the roads and others on it.while I have no doubt that this business is flourishing and doing great and more than likely offers an amazing service to their clients, one thing I’d recommend, if you’d like to gain new clients using your expensive wrap job, don’t drive like a maniac and then continue to park incorrectly in a parking spot. It just looks bad on your business. Remember, you are a walking billboard, in this case, a driving one.

I went to see Debbie for cheek fillers and I must say that she was absolutely amazing. I was quite anxious and Debbie did a fantastic job at keeping me calm. I look great and will be back to see her again. The office is also cute and clean. Thank you so much for making me look great!
