I would not use this company again. One employee parked in front of my house for forty minutes and did not introduce himself or explain to me what was going on. It was creepy. At 9: 30 am a second employee arrived and the two employee's came to my front door. After putting insulation in my attic they did not clean up after theirselves. They left insulation on my garage floor, on my washer, a handful of insulation on the threshold of my front door and on the rug step into the house. They left a bucket full of insulation pieces mixed in with grass in my side yard. Also they left piles of insulation on my attic walkway, piles of insulation on my attic venting and a big pile of insulation at the top of my attic ladder. So to get onto my attic walkway you had to step into the pile of insulation and insulation was left on my attic ladder. I think my son and I could of done a better job. It was like an ocean, piles of heavy insulation (high waves of insulation) with minimal insulation between the "waves". As I climbed up the attic ladder there was minimal insulation under the venting straight ahead! I can't speak about other employees but the two that put the insulation in my attic doesn't bode well for the company.

Hot or cold E&G is the way to go! I use them on all of my annual A/C maintenances for my home. Fast and friendly service and always a great price. The technicians are also experienced and knowledgeable regarding your system and will gladly assist you if you have any concerns. Whenever you call in, Steven is your guy. He’ll help you with just about anything no matter what the issue is and will always find a solution for you.

Installing a new air conditioner is not something most people look forward to doing. I interviewed quite a few companies and got price quotes. Price is not the only criteria you really need to be careful to find a company that is good at what they do for this large an expenditure. They were professional from the beginning and kept in touch. During installation day they sent a team of two and worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old system and install the new. I'm very pleased with the professionalism and looking forward to using my new Wi-Fi enabled thermostat. Thank you to Eitan, Michael and Nicholas as well as Steven in the office.

Stay away from this company.
I am a property manager and bought many new units from E&G.
They are giving a good price on new a/c systems, but then, some units are having problems within the first year of installation. E&G is very bad with diagnostic and even labor and parts are under warranty, they will charge for repairs.

Kela came to my home and checked out the a/c system. She diagnosed the issue and made necessary repairs. A/C is now working and am very grateful for the fast response and repair. Thanks!
