Thank you to Vanessa and the owners of EGS Intl! We just purchased a condo in Highland and every window is an EGS manufactured hurricane impact resistant window including the sliding glass door. If I didn't know better, you couldn't drive a tank through them! Awesome windows if you are in the market for impact resistant ones. Have your installer call this company to get them. I have the Atlantic Series model windows.
We love our EGS impact sliders! Over 13 years and our sliders still look as beautiful as when they were installed, If you are looking for proven performance, good looks and first rate customer service EGS provides all of that. When we decided we needed impact sliders for our condo we did a point by point comparison of competing brands and EGS came out on top and they stand behind their US-made products 100%. We are very happy with our choice.
My EGS sliding doors (all 4) flooded rain into my condo. Design flaw at winds above 75 mph several lawsuits.keep your shutters! They tell you to remove them but no documentation on drainage problem until after flood. Then they claim “egs is only an impact system”.
