We did all 15 of my son's. We hired the salon with all services included and everything was Excellent; the service! The food was delicious, the DJ played good music, all the guests gave us good comments about the place and the party and we were also very happy! Thank you so much!

At first I asked for a date and they had it available (I didn't confirm it), a week later I asked for another date and they said they had availability, we talked about the price and I booked with the full payment (they don't accept a %) and I was left waiting of the invoice, they sent the invoice a week later and when I check the information they had the event date as the 1st, I tell them that there is an error and I show them the chats of what was discussed (although they also had it) and they end up saying that there is a confusion… words come words come…. We all make mistakes and I was only expecting an apology especially considering everything that was left to me (the rest of the services for an event already paid for) 2 weeks later I still can't find a venue available for the date…EIGHT I never accept that they made a mistake the Mrs. CARMEN just repeated “you also asked about the 1st date” why can't people have humility? The lady, totally confident with her ego through the roof, was incapable of saying we were wrong, she was just trying to justify…. Mrs. DESPOTA has a service business, be helpful, it's the least that customers expect
