Einstein Bros. Bagels reviews
15Amazingly tasty bagels. Huge selection. Very friendly staff. Will defo be back before end of trip. Wish we had this back home!
I ordered a couple of chorizo sunrise assuming vegetarian by looking at the ingredients, cheddar cheese, jalapeno, avocado, and egg. Then, when we figured out that it is not veggie as chorizo is the name of sausage. The first employee was rude when I explained the situation, but later the manager was polite to offer veggie option. We have already waited 15 minutes for sandwiches, and did not want to wait more. They should fix their menu and ingredients as not everyone speaks Spanish, and can end up eating meat without knowing it!
Good bagels, fresh and amazing coffee. Service was better at this location than the previous one we had been to.
Bagels are great! Place is dirty and looks like it hasn’t been scrubbed in months. Check out the front door, it’s discussing! Needs a little cleaning and it would be higher scores. Staff is very friendly!
I’ve ordered breakfast through DoorDash and very disappointed. I’ve got hairs inside the food and bagel looked like it had rough morning. I tried to call the store to report this but they aren’t available so I guess I’m reporting to health department
Husband very excited to get his bagel fix in. Pretty tidy considering the amount of people. Service was quick but food preparation took a while even with a fully employed kitchen. However knowing we can order ahead will likely handle that in the future. Restrooms we're tidy but not perfect, also again it's the morning rush. The staff was so extremely friendly though!
When I woke up my wife had just come back from Einstein Bagels. She got the egg and cheese bagel with jalapenos. We bought three of them for the family. They were actually really good. I was surprised.
Waited 30+ minutes for an online order, and there were 4 people working on orders. Very disorganized and didn’t seem to care. Upsetting breakfast experience on our vacation
Great place to grab a coffee and a bagel. My favorite is the asiago bagel with cream cheese. So delicious! Quick and good customer service.
Great customers service and clean environment. You have options to eat inside and outside. Bagels are made inhouse and even thier own cream cheese. I had a great experience I would recommend trying the farmhouse sandwich it's awesome
The bagels maybe good but I haven't had great experience with app purchases. Every single time, they messed up my orders. It costs $3.38 for everything bagel with plain cream cheese, but they forgot the cream cheese. I had to wait in line to get the order right. Happened again and again. Usually I do not make a big deal about this since people make mistakes. Today, I asked for a free coffee that comes with an app order, however, since I did not select the free coffee from the menu when I placed order in the app, they couldn't give me a cup of coffee either. Overall I am not happy with their services so far. I am done with Einstein Bagels.
I ordered online for a pickup. Eta was 15 - 20 mins. I get there in 10 mins walk in hoping that maybe they made it earlier and there it was. It was so delicious (I got the turkey egg and cheddar on an everything bagel). They even cut it in half for you which I think is a nice touch. I wish there was one closer to my home because I'd definitely be going there more often.
Negative zero stars! That location on Dr. Phillips Blvd is a MESS on Saturday mornings! Always a long wait and confusion! PLEASE have more help assisting with online orders and for your customers. Dining room out of coffee, tables were dirty and the bathroom was also NASTY! Just unacceptable. Deciding on a new Einstein Bros. Bagels location to dine at.
Just got home and I am frustrated. As they handed me my bag I verbosely confirmed if the one bagel had been changed to jalapeno cheddar from an everything bagel because it was not reflected on the receipt. They 2 folks standing in front of me called to the girl at the start of the line and she confirmed yes. When I got home I the entire order was wrong. While that is always frustrating it is more so that I took the time to ask about my order which was certainly and opportunity to correct. Unfortunately is was not even wrong in a way that worked for me. I'm vegatarian and both sandwiches had ham and bacon. Had 10am meeting and could not come back tried calling and of course no answer.
Te his place has gone down hill over the last couple of years. I actually stopped coming here and then covid happened so even more so but I keep giving it a try only to be disappointed. The wait for a bagel is over 45 minutes and the service is horrible. I know there isn’t much of competition out here but in hoping there will be soon because i won’t be returning to Einstein’s.
