Came in here for the first time and the lady at the counter was super helpful. Definitely would come back here again!

Filthy, rude employees, Nicholas the employee asked me to leave as soon as I sat down to eat my food he told me they were closed. It was 1: 58pm Sunday. I asked him if I could finish my bagel he said no. Ask him if I could get a refund he said no. This place has zero customer service zero cleanliness needs to be inspected by the health department, Nicholas needs to be fired or trained. He does not belong in the position he is in.

"Hit and Miss" experience over several recent visits. Extremely tasty bagels, sweets, and coffee. Frequently paired with service that is quite questionable.

November 2022 Update:
Wow, have things ever changed at this location, which I now visit more than ever. Fantastic service multiple mornings of every week. Tasty breakfast (and occasionally lunch) with a welcoming smile by a superb opening team. Thanks!

Food was yummy, coffee was ok but the service was slow and whole restaurant was dirty, no tables were cleaned between patrons.

This place deserves 0 stars. Why the f does it take 20 minutes of waiting in the drive thru and still haven’t gotten my order taken. No cars in front of me and no cars at the window. It’s a bagel place. Not a 5 star restaurant. Embarrassing.

The service was quick & prossional. Cashier was very respectful. & This was my first time trying out the food. It was great! Very impressed

Bagels were great. The entire place needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. The bathroom is filthy and there was trash on the floor all over.

They were out of almost everything including hot lattes. Machines were down, wrong orders and less spreads inside bagels. Worst einstein begal place I have ever visited.

I always get fast and friendly service here, and they get my order right every time. The avocado spread is a great vegan option.

Wish we could give this zero stars. We went around 8 in the morning and our bagel were not fresh at all. This was the worst fast food experience. The food was literally so bad. Dry and stale. We were asked if we wanted the bagels cut and we said yes and then they gave us it without cutting it. No napkins or utensils were in the bag. They were making us wait at the order station and at the window. This was a total waste of money. Thank God we didn't get more drinks because I am make sure they would have ruined that too. Bad experience.

Dirty, lack of cleanliness, awful! All tables were dirty, nothing was clean! Even the napkin dispenser was dirty. We purchased our breakfast but returned it and requested a refund. It was 8am in the morning. Being a coffee shop it was odd to find it so empty. I guess that others have been put off for the same reasons. BTW, there was also a dead duck in the parking lot too. So sad to see such a great location gone so bad!

Clean, organized and employees where helpful. Great bagels fixed all to my liking. Thanks for the patience. Great customer service.

I like there selection, the food is fresh, my repeat experience when ordering is they don't listen to the order being placed.

I like Einstein bagels, I have visted other locations and I have no issues with receiving what I ordered.

Breakfast sandwiches are great! My only gripe is that there so darn expensive.but all in all great very tasty stuff.go try it

I use to love them but lately I don't know what happened to their bagel not like use to be to small and not tasty the first time in Kirkman rd and second time in colonial drive fashion mall location I don't know why they become like this

Dirtiest Einstein's I've ever visited and i travel for work. No acknowledgement when i walked in and stood at counter for 90 seconds

This is simply the most disgusting Einstein bagels I have been to.

Every glass surface including the windows, bagel display cases and drink cases were covered in handprints and oils. Clearly had not been cleaned in a long time and very noticeable. There were lots of empty tables to sit at, but every single one had not been cleaned and was covered in peoples crumbs and cream cheese. Very gross. Trash can area was overflowing and crumbs all over the counter tops. Floors were absolutely filthy.

It felt really gross to be in this place and the food showed it too. We were charged EXTRA for the lettuce on the bagel and it was tired, limp, flaccid, and had brown spots on it. Very soggy and not fresh. I felt like I needed to shower after being in there.

We had somebody cut us in line too, very obviously, and the staff let it happen.

Employees are all stuck in covid times and still wearing masks. Can’t hear what anyone is saying and everything is frustratingly muffled. I would be embarrassed to be the manager of this establishment.

Had pre ordered ahead on the app for curbside pickup.i arrived and marked that i was there on the app, the app informed me someone was on the way with my food.after waiting approximately 10 minutes i finally went in to see my food was simply sitting on the counter and no one was planning on bringing it out to me.i was also informed they has mistakenly given someone my drink and had to remake it.love einstein bros, not happy with this service at all.
