Einstein Bros. Bagels, Fort Lauderdale FL

It feels like workers are not happy there at all. Very unpleasant. To a question if pepper cream cheese is spicy, the sales lady responded that she wouldn’t know as she doesn’t eat that. Then the order is messed up completely.

Bagel and coffee were good, once they got my order right. I was charged twice, they gave me the wrong coffee and bagel and had an attitude doing so. Would recommend going anywhere else

Ordered from DoorDash this morning. Einstein forgot my shmear despite it being on the receipt taped to the bag. What's point of bagels without shmear? So the bagels I ordered were useless. I also ordered the turkey avocado bacon sandwich. It came a mangled mess, looks like it was dropped on the floor then balled up and thrown in the bag. A large chunk of the asiago bagel it came on was missing as well. Tried to call the store because DoorDash offered no help. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. It's apparent that the employees just don't care about the quality of their food or their customers.

This place sucks. I love Einstein, but I highly suggest going to the one a few miles north off Oakland and federal. Food and service at this one is horrible.

In general, Love Einstein Bagels. However HORRIBLE - 0 out of 10 for management and corporate that are failing this location. The 2 star for the staff. Seems employees are doing their best with what they have. Staff was friendly and courteous. Reconfirmed my order, made substitutions as requested, delivered the order pleasantly. The store, however, is falling apart. How can food be served in such conditions. Store needs a revamp - deep cleaning, half the ceiling lights don't work, ceiling/walls are dirty. Don't even want to imagine the conditions in the back of the store.

The coffee and bagel was perfect! However, the Customer service was dismal at best. The store could use a good cleaning. The utensil buckets were very stained, the countertops and underneath the drink dispensers were quite filthy as well as the three doormats.

Slow unfriendly service sad because your bagel are good but I don’t come often because I have not once received friendly and quick service hell Panera Bread is at least friendly he put so much spread on my bagel enough for three more bagels disgust

This place is filthy, and everyone working here doesn’t seem to know what’s going on, or where they should be to take care of guests. Not one smile.

Worst attitudes, always get the orders wrong. Miserable staff. Ordered a toasted bagel w butter, got an untoasted bagel w haphazard spot of butter not spread. Terrible. Today is the last time I will give them a chance.

Waited half an hour for a bagel finally got my money back and left.talk about a waste of time.the clerk was eating in the back and would come to the front chewing to show how full he is

Bought a Cinnamon Bagel. I thought it was very dry and had the impression it was over cooked. Coffee was very good. Prices reasonable. Has both indoor and outdoor seating.

Was very disappointed. Went in today for the first time and the workers are beyond disrespectful. The 2 that took my order were literally rolling their eyes and giving attitude. I confronted them but continued to roll their eyes. The food was ok. Ordered their hash brown and it was burnt. Will not come back to this location.

Had a bagel for breakfast. Not dissatisfied (means it was satisfying! ; price could have been a little less than what I paid)

Took 20 minutes to get to order with only 2 people in line and then told I’d have to wait. 4 employees working. One of the girls chatting with the guy behind me and took his order out of sequence. This was at 10: 30 am. Imagine if it was a busy time you would need several days to wait.
Be told. This place is horrible many other places try to earn your business while this place successfully runs you out. We left

This place needs a new management and training. 2nd time here it’s taking 30+ minutes to get my order & sandwiches aren’t made with love. Sloppy & missing ingredients. People that make food need to be happy people. I do not plan on coming back.

Couldn't even take a picture of the food because I ate it so fast. Best breakfast/brunch place ever.

They were quick and super helpful with allergy information. Consistsnt to the Einstein Bros. Bagels and the taste was on point.

As always the food was delicious

Needs new coffee dispensers. Been in this establishment three times and coffee is been cold every time
