Einstein Bros. Bagels, Fort Lauderdale FL

This sandwich was exactly what we needed! I was out showing houses earlier in the morning and I didn’t have any time to make breakfast, but wow this was the best sandwich i’ve ever had from an Einstein Bros, I totally recommend the 6 cheese bread. They women who made our sandwiches and smoothies was so sweet and kind too, she heard that we were going to be sharing a smoothie and she automatically separated our smoothies into different cups and even gave us a little extra (it was a whole free smoothie). They had some beef flavored bagels for dogs, and they were really hard like a rock, I went to another Einstein bagels and their bagels were exactly the same so, they weren’t bad just unexpected lol. 10/10 would go again and i totally recommend.

Fast and courteous service. Walking distance from my hotel, but also has plenty of parking

Nick was amazing, our group was at the Convention center for a few days and Nick took care of us every day we were there. He went above and beyond to provide a level of service that far surpassed any expectations. He deserved to be recognized for his customer service and care of the customers!

What happened to this place?
It used to be so nice coming in the morning, grabbing a coffee and bagel to start the day.

This place has gone down the drain, the people behind the counter aren’t friendly, the tables are dirty and the floor is sticky, THIS PLACE IS JUST FILTHY!

With Starbucks across the street, the choice is simple. I just wonder what happened in here.

Generally not a bad experience but I wont go back to this location. This is a very nice neighborhood and as you walk in it doesn't feel like it. Floors are sticky, all the tables are dirty, counters are dirty, I didnt want to put my jacket down to pay. Behind the counter, it was TRASH, absolutely filthy. Even dirtier than the sitting area was. Maybe I came on the wrong time of day but they seemed out on most produce, the shelves were empty. I saw at least 4 employees there and for half an hour there were no new clients, so I dont understand how no time can be found by one employee to clean up.

The cashier was super rude and disregarding. And for nothing, because there was a hair in my bagel.

JUDITH IS SOOO RUDE, she made my experience horrible and gave me attitude the minute I asked for a 13 pack of bagels. Then rolled her eyes when I said I wanted all the bagels plain. I then asked for strawberry spread and she told me to wait on the side because she has to take the next persons order. When I went to pay she told me impatiently to “put the card in” TWICE as I was trying to read what the card reader was asking for my phone number, I told her to be patient no need to make things an argument or be mean.

Great place for a quick coffee and a breakfast sandwich or burrito for the road. Went 3 times in a week. Did not disappoint.

The cashier handed me packets of ketchup that were all glued together with an unknown substance. I told her about it, she didn't care, and threw it back into the bucket of ketchup packets. So gross. Can only imagine how they treat other food products.

I refuse to ever come back to this location. Judith who works here is outrageously rude! She refuses to refund you if they got your order wrong, and she lies about being the manager. I’ve never experienced such atrocious customer service. Avoid this location at all costs!

A little bit pricey but great beagles and more coffee selection good serve yourself overall a good expeiriance.

Had a very good experience here. The staff was super friendly and patient with us ordering. We had not been in Einstein's in awhile and we were pleasantly surprised. Menu bigger than we remembered. My husband got the Nova Lox on an everything bagel and thought it was wonderful. I just got a sesame bagel, but it was very good too. We were vacationing there, but will definitely try our local Einstein's in the near future.

This location has slid downhill for the last 3 years. The place is filthy. Food quality has gone down too. Flavorless is the key word. The Walnut cinnamon strudels used to be awesome but now they look and taste like they're a week old. The avocado on sandwiches is nasty. Sadly the other Einstein's locations in the area aren't much better.

Customer service here is the worst. I come here at least 3 times a week Today was the last time i found a small roach in my Food salad.
