The owner didn't fully read my review. It wasn't frustrating. I just feel bad for Jeanne - the persons order I received because my uber eats driver is an idiot.

Maybe you guys can hold on to orders. It sucks uber eats drivers can't do their job.

This place is across from the Xfinity in Boca. As my partner got in line, I ventured across the parking lot to get a quick bite from Einstein‘s. The line was long, but I resigned myself to wait, thanking Heaven for the few meager offerings they still had left in the case. During my wait, several people from the drive-through parked their cars and came in complaining that their orders. The line inside was still not moving, and the staff seemed unconcerned, save for the poor staffer cooking all the food who was frantically scraping together a pile, nay, a veritable buffet load of bagel sandwiches. One of the gentleman from a table got up with his receipt. He had been waiting 45 minutes for his food and was irritated. I knew my time at Xfinity was at hand, so I thanked the gentleman for his intel and left the store. After my appointment across the parking lot, I was still a bit peckish, so I ventured back across to try my luck at Einstein‘s again. The SAME people I was standing in line next to nearly 30 minutes ago were STILL in line waiting. I took one look, made a U-turn, and quickly left the store.
I don’t know what was going on that day, if they were short-staffed, but they lost me as a customer, and they gained a terrible review.

The worst (semi-fast food) restaurant experience in my life. Really! We waited almost 1/2 Hour for two bagel sandwiches. 1 was a microwaved Egg, Avocado and Bacon on a thin lightly toasted bagel and the other was Lox, Tomato, Capers and cream cheese on the same. These should have taken no more then 5 minutes to prepare and dispense since it was not very busy - nevertheless, ever customer was siting, waiting for their orders. While we were waiting, we were given 2 cups to get out own coffees but once we added the cream, they became cold coffees - they weren't very hot from the urn to begin with. To top it off, there was an empty napkin dispenser in the self-service area, no toilet cover sheets in the dispenser in the bathroom and paper to dry your hands. BTW, the cover sheets dispenser was falling off the wall. This particular EBB store just doesn't care about customers and doesn't deserve the business. The bill was like $25 for two sandwiches and 2 cold coffees and was not even worth my time waiting to get it. The service was so slow it was agonizing. The guy (customer) standing next to me just found out that they skipped his order and it never went in so he had to wait double time. Three people walked out. Wow, wow, wow. They get a 1 STAR review for not caring, being slow and just doing everything wrong. There were 3 workers whom I could see and a long line of cars outside at the window. I wasn't the only unhappy camper there. Good luck fixing this problem.

It's the only Einstein around for miles and it does have everything you're use to. Once you get your order everything is great. Do check your order when you use the drive through. They make mistakes so you will check your order and not just trust them

Waiting for almost 5 mins at the drive thru with out anyone taking your order. And only two cars here. Worst drive thru experience ever going back to Starbucks.

Update 7/13/2023. Whisline, Evan and Porsche are awesome and they have made the store run smoother and cleaner and a much more enjoyable experience. Upgrading back to 5 stars.

Update 4/20/22. Whitney has a horrible attitude and bad customer service and should be fired. Downgrading to 4 stars now because of her. Everyone else is nice. I come in almost everyday spending hundreds of dollars a month here. I asked for open face, which you cannot select on the app, everyone else knows this and I even remind them when I go in. Today was no different. Sometimes they mess up and do it closed, which I don't like because the cream cheese melts quickly and squirts out when biting into it. If this happens, I let them know, they open it and add a bit more cream cheese and everything is good. Today Whitney did this except handed me back without topping off the cream cheese. I opened box, it was all melted off. I asked for a little bit more cream cheese and she says she has to charge me extra now. I said you messed up. I already asked for it to be open face and you handed it to me closed. And proceeds to argue with me right there in front of everyone.over a few cents of cheese. She said she will do it this one time but will charge me in future. I said for your mistake? I can just ask to have a new one made waiting a bagel and the cream cheese. So she adds more but really she wiped off what I had and basically gave it back to me the same way. Anyway. Its not about the cheese or the money. Im a successful business owner and that's because of customer service, and Whitney has none. Its like im putting her out of her way for her way when it should be about service to the customer. Everyone else always has a smile, greets me, even knows my name. She has a bad attitude and really should find somewhere else to work. I hope this bad experience never happens again to me at Einsteins.

Update.this place has cleaned up and is much better now since my last review. Changing to 5 stars now.

The food is good but the place is disgusting. The tables never are clean. The floor has food and trash all over. Doesn't appear they vacuum ever. The fruit flies are all over the corner where you get creamer. The self help coffee is most of the time cold or completely out. Some of the staff is nice but the managers don't seem to really care and make me feel like I'm bothering them just to get my coffee cup, which I always order online so its ready ahead of time but the coffee is rarely ready when I get there. Add some care to this place. Clean up and be nicer to us guests, especially those that come almost daily.

Usually this store follows instructions but today no. I asked twice for “only a little bit of Mayo and it’s leaking out my sandwich. I asked for toasted 3 times, nope. Didn’t get that either. Probably won’t be back. Just listen.

Amazing signature bagels. I did not expect it to be mouth watering amazeness happening with every bite. Haven't had other items but these are da bomb.

I am unsure who manages this location but it’s ridiculous I can’t tip one of your employees more than $3.00 on a debit card payment. No one carries cash these days. The polite and efficient employee who helped me deserves more for their work.

Ok, I hate to do this, but things have been off lately. Just yesterday I waited an inordinate amount of time in line behind only one car for a bagel and a coffee. When I arrived at the window, the lady disappeared, and when she came back she was arguing with her coworkers that they left her alone and that she was frustrated and “over this sh$t. ” She handed me my items, flipped the drive-through credit card machine around, and said, “lady, you need to choose a tip right here. ” The tip percentages started at 20%. I said, “no, thank you. ” She then hit the screen, probably tipping herself 60%, and disappeared from the window.

Food hastily prepared and it took over 5 minutes. Sloppy presentation. I was disappointed that EB performed like that.
