El Balcon de las Americas Latin Food - Sawgrass, Plantation FL

Going down. My wife throughly enjoyed her breakfast, but I was left feeling like the magic we felt the past two times we were there (at lunch) was starting to fade.

Lonne was pretty attentive! He was fast and helpful with our order.
Food was amazing as always.
The whole team was very welcoming

The flavor of the food is great but it comes out luke warm instead of hot. Coffee is more on the colder side but great in flavor. Freddy was great and very attentive.

Freddy was great with his amazing service. One of the best and tastiest Colombian restaurant I have visited in the US.

Our waiter was Lonnie and he was excellent! H3 suggested the dishes we should get shrimp we asked him and he was very patient and nice! We will definitely ask for h8m when we come back.

The food at the Balcon de las Americas never dissapoints. The atmosphere was incredible. And our waiter, Lonnie, gave us incredible attention at all times. One hundred percent recommended food and service 10/10.

Lonnie was such a great server! He was super friendly and just nice and always always checking in at our table!

Visit wasn't as good as last. Food was just okay. Tres Leche was $9? Guess I am priced out of this restaurant. Latin food used to be cheap and delicious.

Last visit in 2021 was 5 star.
Had an enjoyable dinner this evening. Service was good as was the food. I left the restaurant full.

Lasvestrellas cannot describe how delicious they cook, how friendly they are, the spectacular atmosphere, and the exquisite food.

Freddy was a great waiter, place was busy but the food was great and it still came relatively quickly all things considered.

Barbara was super nice and helpful. It was our first time eating colombian food and we will return!

Since we come to the balcón of the America's, The host was busy and very unnatend, plus that the waiting time for 40 minutes outside, with my grandfather's out, with the storm and rain in top of our heads, after we got inside to has a table a big sorprice went they select our table just at the side of the front door, with people coming in an out every minute, definitely not a good experience went we try to have a fun time to celebrate the 60 Year anniversary for the grandpa's but was wrong desition to be there.
