El Establo de la Arepa, Haines City FL

I came across this place searching for "arepas in Haines City". I was not disappointed. The arepa Establo beckoned to me from the menu. The friendly staff told me it would be 15 minutes. It was worth every second of the wait. I could hardly believe my eyes when I opened the container. The arepa was brimming with chicken, beef, smoked sausage, pico, and cheese. All the meats were nicely grilled and very flavorful. The garlic/cilantro side sauce makes the perfect accompaniment. It's definitely worth both the price and the wait. I will be returning in the near future.

The arepas were delicious, definitely going back to this place and also telling all my friends and coworkers about it.

Long wait for a large Creole grill!
The burnt chicken from the griddle, the seasoned meat from the supermarket and the plantains with ripe plantains practically. Plus a hair in the food

It is a good place to eat Venezuelan food, you can also order fruit daiquiri, milkshake of various flavors (all very tasty), cocada and you can also find Venezuelan products, bread flour, powdered milk, llanero cheese (very good) I travel 35 minutes to buy the llanero cheese, also the criolla cream, among others.

Watch out for the 1 person grill.
It says 3 arepas but they only send you 2 and the cheese is conspicuous by its absence. Dry everything, tasteless.

Wow, you have got to try this place! The people running it are true foodies - you can just tell they're passionate about what they do. It's a small family-run joint, but the love and care they put into every dish deserves 10 stars. As far as customer service they treated us like family too. It's really impressive to see how hard this family works to serve their community, they deserve my support that’s why I’m on here leaving a review and I will definitely be back and try all their dishes.

I love eating here. I'm a frequent customer. What I order the most, which I love, is the mature patacon and shredded meat. The most! Super family atmosphere, and the staff is always attentive and willing. 100% recommended!

Terrible crazy potato from chicken tenders. The taste of the chicken is horrible and the potatoes were fired with old oil because they had the flavor. I honestly do not recommend it

Had ordered through Uber Eats. Ordered Churrasco. It came with a choice of 3 sides. I got white rice, black beans, tostones, and the queso frito was already included. Delicious! Fast service!
