Food is great and prices but their employees are extremely rude, they will give you a dirty look if you are not fat in deciding what you want and if you're not Cuban they will help you after they finish with their Cuban friends.

Very good service (considering the always long line).
The food is delicious and the variety huge (hence the long line).

I definitely recommend it for a good taste of Latin America.

My favorite: tamal en cazuela.

To the owner: there is no line, difficult to see who's last and when is your turn.
Have you tried servicing by numbers to keep the line/waiting customers organized?

I was about to get some food here but I dont speak Spanish and nobody offered to help. The culture of food service in Latin food restaurants is just so bad but we decided to stay and try some of the food but right before we were about to order we noticed the flies living inside the food area and landing on all of the food.no thank you. I'll go some place that doesn't have flies pre digesting my food.

The food is good as any cuban cuisine is in my opinion (and I'm not cuban). They have lots of varieties to choose from chicken, beef, pork, steak, salad bar, seafood, oxtail, natural juices, latin desserts, etc. A plate of food is around $9 and it's a good amount of food; enough to feed 2 people honestly. You can find parking on either side of the place. They accept cash & cards.

I stopped eating here since every time I had this food I had stomachache. I am not someone with slow digestion but food from this place. 10 hours passes and I was still tasting it. I guess bad and cheap ingredients.
I am Cuban and this food is NOT good cuban food.

The name of the place is somewhat confusing because it only mentions juices (palace of juices) but they really have a great variety of food. They have different types of rice, beans, meats, fish, desserts and yes they do have variety of juices. They have outside seating with many fans so the heat does not affect that much. It is good to go to eat something fast or just sit down and enjoy good food with your family. Customer service was great and we really enjoy the food.

I ate at this restaurant and the staff was very friendly and helped me decide what to eat. They gave very good portion sizes and the food was amazing and very authentic. I feel like they also had reasonable prices for the food we received. I was very happy with my visit and recommend it to everyone!

The food is ok. It’s not a great taste. Just ok. But the reason for the 2 stars is because the bad service. Just because I requested the ice to be removed from my cup, the server got mad and was with an terrible attitude. We later changed the order and it got even worst. If you don’t like to deal with the clientele you shouldn’t be working there.

I love this place.the amount of food they give you for the price.no other place beats that.it taste good and the have a wide variety of food that you can choose from.

Excellent! Everything is fresh and I could have eaten from any of the sides that offer food! Great service. Clean facilities. My friends and I got rained in. Had to stay an hour and a half more till the rain and flooding subsided. But we didn't care the atmosphere was so happy. We had an amazing experience here. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants authentic Cuban fare.

If you're in Miami this is the best place for hot food and the most delicious fruits and vegetables from all over the world delicious two thumbs up

First time eating Cuban food and it was delicious. Go earlier in the day instead of later because they do run out of certain items. Tried coconut and watermelon juice and loved it.

Everytime I go to Miami no matter what I'm doing I have to stop by this place and get my juice love the people who work there everybody is really happy and the pastelitos are delicious my kids love eating there dont forget to get a colada (Cuban coffee)

I enjoy there food, it's cooked in my opinion with love and happiness to satisfy the customers!

It was ok, the juices are great. Will recommend if you like to eat tonnnns. 2 probably 3 can eat out of one plate.

I am giving it them three stars because the customer service is bad and parking is limited. They have a good variety of food but they lack coordination when taking orders.

Everytime i came here for breakfast they ruin it for me and I end up leaving mad. These people need to hire individuals who know how to talk to people and serve them well not give them attitude, this behavior in any business is unacceptable specially in hospitality. I hope the owners read this and know that they are responsible for people like me choosing somewhere else to go.
