El Palenque Pizzería Cubana, Miami FL

Very disappointed, pasta had no flavor and the pizza was literally burnt. I asked for crispy but this pizza didn’t taste like much because it was over cooked and almost burnt.

It wasn't what I expected.
Difficult to find, there is no sign outside to help locate, I went through so many advertisements that they have on social networks and it was more difficult for me to find them that I almost went to a nearby pizzeria that had more visibility and sign.
The pizzas cannot be smaller, I think in Cuba during the special period they were bigger.

The pizza is super delicious, the only problem I see is that we ordered a pepper and onion pizza and it looked like chopped onion and pepper just like the beacon.

The Cashier was incredibly rude! And the pizza had NO tomato sauce in it. The cheese in the spaghetti I ordered was in solid form. Worst food I’ve ever eaten! The Mamey Smoothie was pure condensed milk and barely any mamey. I do not reccoment eating here ever!

The worst pizza of my life (no cheese, no tomato and a horrible dough) with bad service and no professionalism. The shakes are a deception, all condensed milk and almost nothing ice cream. Avoid this place.

Great milk shakes and pizza but service some of the ladys are really rude and if you ask them anything they answer with a bad attitude

The girls who served seemed indifferent, as if bitter, and the place was generally weak in terms of presence!

The girl who took order messed up and did not want to change it very rude and unprofessional of them.

It happens too often that you call this location to place an order & the attendant asks u without hesitation to wait a minute, then puts you on hold. I’ve personally taken the time to go to the location and call from outside and right away I would walk in and the business is empty, yet ive been on hold already for 7 minutes. There is only one employee carrying the front, and when asked about the matter, they all stated that they were the only ones there, meaning, the owners of this business MUST know that they are not making more income because part of the staff currently working can NOT keep up with their regular duties. To me this is laziness and basically not caring

This location makes much better pizzas. The service is not friendly and the location is terrible as in all their establishments.
