El Presidente Condominiums, Inc, Sarasota FL

I love El Presidente! The staff is always wonderful. The grounds are beautifully kept. We stayed in unit 507. Well equipped kitchen and such a lovely unit.
The bed was so comfortable I slept so well every night.

We truly loved the experience at El Presidente! The front desk staff is pleasant and attentive. Easy check in process, beautiful redecorated condo and access to beach is perfect! The view from the condo was beautiful! The location on Midnight Pass Road is so convenient as it is located close to Stickney Point Road (72) which takes you off the key and into Sarasota. This was not our first time is Siesta Key so we are very familiar with the area and El Presidente met all our expectations! We will most certainly return next year!

Absolutely horrible…. The maintenance guy completely ignored me and had me waiting at the pool gate for 30 because quote “I’m to busy “…then when I asked why there hasn’t been soap in the bathroom for 4 days, he smirked and laughed. Not sure what his name is but he is working this morning 7/20/22…bathroom by pool very dirty…and overall the staffs customer service is horrible…. If you like dirty bathrooms and rude staff I suggest El Presidente

Siesta Key is super. 108's furniture was oversized for the space. Pool/beach is first rate. Captain Kurt, my mainstay for oysters has slipped. Walt's was best. Jack Dusty's is pricey but very good.

El Presidente is a great blend of cozy, charm and practicality. Love the fact it’s right on the beach and also walking distance to shops and restaurants. Great pool and the rooms are well kept.

Nice location! BAD STAFF! And BED BUGS! Kids constantly bitten by BED BUGS! (see pictures below) It’s 3: 30am I’m writing this review! Kids wake up crying, bitten by bugs!
Family Unfriendly place! The guy on the phone is like a prison guard. Don’t feel safe around that guy with my kids, while in conversation, could smell alcohol! When we arrived, picked our keys, parked our RV on the side of the building to get unloaded. All gates (2) were open and not automatically operated. No signs that it is an automatic doors, my vehicle wasn’t completely clearing the gate (about 6-10 inches) the guy showed up, and intentionally, with remote control, have engaged the gates to close, so it would damage my RV. Unbelievable!

Spend your dollars else where! I don’t believe you need to pay $ to be treated like this! Have 2 more days to spend here, and can’t wait to get the hell out from this place!
We had a van to pick us up, to go see some place. The guy on the phone start chasing van off the property. What is this? Prison?

I have stayed here for 6 years know people who come back for many years and generations love this place very clean get you anything you may need to have a great stay Unfortunately some people do not respect the property and and need a reminder to be safe and not have an accident Love this place ️️

El Presidente is a great vacation spot! They have quality accommodations with quality and caring staff.

Our family has been staying at El Presidente in Siesta Key Florida for more than 40 + years. They have kept their places updated and always impress! Someone is always cleaning and this happened even before COVID. I highly recommend!

I have stayed at El Presidente since the late seventies. Obviously, there are many things I like about this condominium. I love the size of the complex, I like the proximity to Stickney Point Road, I like the pool being between the complex and the beach and I’d course, I love being steps away from beautiful Siesta Key Beach.

Over the years, we have ups and downs in management. I believe the team we have in place currently is as good as it gets. There simply is not a weak link! Everyone on the staff goes above and beyond to try to meet any need you might have, and the property looks great! I am there for several weeks over peak season now, which has to be the very hardest to keep everything running smoothly. You would never know there were any challenges. You are made to feel your small issue is the most important of the day and it is acted on immediately.

I hope I am fortunate enough to continue to be able to be a guest at El Presidente for many years to come.

Fraud charges very possible with NO APOLOGY here and no concern by HOST or property in your refund here for rental charged for and not allowed to stay at!

Nick manager with sales office and especially host with property can NOT be trusted! Booked with VRBO was called by rental office manager saying can NOT give me rental after double booking condo for week of July 3rd thru 10th by HOST and EL Presidente Condominiums! On May 5th 2021. AFTER being charged for rental and for property insurance! Still waiting for credit? Ridiculous. Fraud by HOST and BS by condo management to allow rental business like this! Promised refund numerous times.lied too by Nick rental manager and NO return apology by HOST or REFUND. Jack and Dolly Bolte host of property will consider updating my review slightly when my changes refunded for service or good not provided.still have vmail by management to prove my case of failure to meet service / good purchased as rental.

Staying for a week with our son and the unit above us has been nothing but completely disrespectful and rude. We are paying over $1900 for the week to stay here and have called various times about noise levels and nothing has changed. They have been parting all day and night until after 3am each morning. Hard to sleep with screaming, music, various loud noises, and constant shuffling and moving of furniture on tile floors. Wouldn’t stay again due to this experience.

Never have seen such a well run office the grounds are always beautiful. Unlike many of the bigger complexes you always get to meet new people from all over the country. Highly recommend a week stay at this beautiful place.

Great management staff and perfect beach. Fantastic location on Siesta Key. Since all condos are privately owned be sure to ask if the unit has been updated. We would not stay in unit 502 again unless the owner made some much needed upgrades. No excuse for a broken dryer that ruins clothing or folding aluminum chairs for deck furniture. The master bed was like a torture rack. The raiting in solely for the accommodating management staff, pool, and beach.

We have been coming to El Presidente for years. You can’t beat the location and you can’t beat the amenities. The only mark against them is the hot tub doesn’t seem to work.

First time stayed at El Presidente Really great Place Water front Condo very well maintained. Every unit is unique. We came here with my family and friends for one week. We loved it and end up staying for the second week.
