El Tizoncito Grill reviews
14Excellent food, chips came out fresh, hot sauce is delicious, trex burrito is very filling!
Was in the area and decided to try their tacos. Service was good and tacos were good enough to come back again.
Great opportunity to be a good Mexican place in Plant City. However, the waitress did not seem to care whether I was there or not. Beans and rice were served cold and needed sent back. I was hoping for real Mexican cuisine but with the service I would rather go to MI Casa in Plant City because I'd rather have better service. Won't come back.
The food is ok.the chips are really hard.it's almost like they put 2 corn chips together before frying.the chips and salsa is good.
I got the steak tacos.and it just didn't have the street taco flavor.not worth the 32$ I spent in there.
This restaurant is amazing!
Everybody who works here is so polite and professional, and they know how to cook some good Mexican food. Thank you so much for always meeting my needs. Above and beyond every time! If you want authentic Mexican food, this is your place!
Clean restaurant, food is definitely authentic, but not great. Margaritas are made with wine, so disappointing, will not return.
Most of the food is not good! Little over priced & service sucks! Not worth the try for second time
I ordered steak encevollado and it actually wasn't good, I just thought they had given me ham, it was so thin and dry, I don't recommend, I won't go back.there
Great porches size and great service. The only thing that's lacking is their drinks. Their soda machine don't have a filter system in them.so sodas have a dish water tast to them other wise good place to eat
Chips and dips included. Margaritas were pretty good. Enchiladas Rojas were decent. Portions were large. We did wait a long time ~45 min to get our food though.
The food is good, but they only put 3 shrimp in the ceviche. Supposedly they put 20 on it but I don't know nor did they apologize for the error.
Food is really good but they only put 3 shrimp in the ceviche. When we brought it to their attention they said they usually put “20” in it and didn't even say sorry.
The waitresses need a little more humility and patience but the place is very good, the food is very good
This little gem is amazing. The owners are authentic and proud of their food with every right to be. Try the pork in red sauce! The experience is always on point and never a crowd which is sad because its tucked in the corner of the Southern Hospitality shopping center but deserves it's own stand alone! This isn't any tex mex!
This place is by far one of my favorite Authentic Mexican Restaurants. Everything is so delicious. Even just starting with the salsa they bring to the table with chips for every customer. I’ve had a lot of different salsas from different restaurants who do a similar thing but these are by far the best. Definitely freshly made. Great flavor and for once they actually have a kick to some of them. I had a torta that was fully loaded and delicious. Half the sandwich filled me up. Overall great food, great staff, and amazing atmosphere. Anselmo and his family do an amazing job there. Highly recommend!
