Electric Chair Tattoo, St. Augustine FL

Unfortunately Electric Chair will tell clients that their tattoo artist has gone to another place and refuses to tell clients where that place is. Shady and weird management. Hopefully the owner gets cured of the awful disease called “jealousy”…

UPDATED: After coming back to their Anastasia BLVD location and speaking with the owner, I not only got GREAT customer service, I was in and out in less than a half hour. Thank you for turning my bad experience into a great one! I definitely recommend that location and those artists in particular.

Worst customer service I have every experienced and I've been frequenting piercing and tattoo shops for 10 years. Waited 3 hours to have several people cut in front of me and convince the artist they were there before me. The only reason I haven't left is because I drove an hour after work to get here. There's no sign in sheet and no receptionist so it's he said she said. Wasted my entire Friday evening to not even get a tattoo. Don't bother coming here without an appointment and extra cash for random price changes!

Clean shop, friendly artists. Ashley's work is phenomenal! She gave me a really great tattoo with clean line work that is healing well. I highly recommend her!

The shops were clean. Everyone was friendly. We did have a lot of challenges. We went to one shop and set up our group. We were told we MIGHT have to go to another shop to get us all in. When we made deposits and confirmed, no one mentioned we were definitely to go to the other shop. Luckily we were early to the original shop and had time to get to the next shop when we found out the appointment was moved. When we arrived, the initial price I was given was not honored. I was told for the size, design and colors we wanted that it would be $120-$140 pp. When we arrived, we were told $200 pp. I tried to explain that we were given a price but I was told that $200 was the price and they wouldn't budge. It was very frustrating but it was our last day in St Augustine so we went ahead. The work was great but had I been given the right price I would have been a happy customer. As it is, I feel like it was bait and switch and I am left with much frustration with the Electric Chair and their staff.

Jason took my friend and I as walk ins and did a wonderful job! He was quick and friendly. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

This was my first tattoo and Matt nailed it! He came up with a great design of what I was looking for, was professional, and very good!
Definitely ask for Matt! He has over 20 years experience and is great.

Jake Tucker did an amazing job! He has such a light hand and I was very relaxed through the whole tattoo. His work was fantastic and he did it so quickly! Definitely check him out, especially if you like Traditional tattoos.

I have seen Ashley Teagarden multiple times. She is amazing and I just love this shop so much. Highly recommend this place for a tattoo.

I dropped by the shop to inquire about getting my 1st tattoo and was greeted by Leah. She's so pleasant and answered all of my questions. Leah actually adjusted her schedule to accommodate me! I left my appointment with the best virgin visit ever! She got my concept and executed flawlessly! I will be back! TY Leah. You are the best!

Ashley Maynard was amazing. Contacted the store yesterday to see about coming in. They immediately reached out and asked what I wanted. I ended up getting two and my husband got his first tattoo. It was a great experience. She was super easy to talk to and not once did we ever feel awkward or uncomfortable! The tattoos turned out great too! 100% will be coming back if we’re ever back visiting

Matt was really great clean lines and amazing artist I gave him three pictures and told him what I wanted out of each one to incorporate into the tattoo and I was blown away with the result amazing! Will definitely be going back for my other tats
