Never a dull moment in the service industry and emergencies always arise.that is why for anything that has to do with motor starters Tom is the man to speak to. 95% of the time he has in stock and is able to build in on the spot and pick up within 1 hr.excellent service and courteous and stands by his workmanship which we all know its hard to find that nowadays. I highly recommend them for this type of work.

The guy who answer the phone is very rude, i will not recomend this place unless they fire that guy, if you dont like working there just quit.

Great place! This morning the pump in my house died. Went there to purchase one, but they didn't have one like that in stock. Nevertheless, they offer to fix mine the same day, and had it ready in a matter of hours for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Not only that, they were extremely helpful on providing information on how to take off. The customer service is superb. Don't waste your time at the chain home supply stores. I wish there were more locally owned businesses like this, so I wouldn't have to be forced to endured the horrible service at the corporate stores.

THE BEST REPAIR SHOP AROUND!

We had a 7.5hp Pump that needed repaired asap. With this Pump down, the Entire HOA Community of 75 homes wasn't receiving any Irrigation Water. Electric Motors of Palm Beach got right on it and repaired it immediately for us knowing that we needed a speedy response! 5 Stars ALL THE WAY!

However, I called today and the man at the parts department was extremely rude. He was very short with me and not understanding at all. He had a very bad attitude when I was giving him my card information over the phone.

I apologize that I didn't know how to give all the credit card information over the phone quickly like you wanted me to. Sorry that I was not fast enough relaying that information to you.

I am disappointed that such a honest and reputable company would be so rude during a stressful time like this.

Took my pump in cuz it wasn't working the owner took care of it. It was full of sand inside easy fix learn something new.

Usually in my experience in rough areas you deal with rough people, but that's not always the case. Went to pick up a pump for my job just now and dealt with two young men exceedingly nice and polite. Thanks guys!

They thanked me for the inquiry and hoped that they could earn my business, I took my pool pump down Monday Morning and it was done 60 minutes later. I was very happy with the service and repair.
