Service wasn't great. I needed help to find some items, the girls behind the counter just talking and pointing and saying over there.

This is the worst elegant beauty supply ever. I was sold a used wig in the box. I tried to exchange it but management would not do anything! I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. Customer service is Poorly maintained. I stood there for 30 minutes. No one came to assist. I even asked for assistance and was ignored.

None of the workers knew where things were in the store. Only the cashier knew where things were.

Today I went into this all the ladies were friendly and helpful throughout the store. There was an associate I think her name was Mulan or Marie she is the best! I was looking for a Jerry curl hair that is hard to find and she called all locations and was able to find the last in the color I wanted. I would recommend this beauty supply to everyone. Keep up the good work ladies you are the best!:)

WORST BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE EVER! Horrible customer service! They all loud and VERYYYYYY RUDE! Yes there’s a lot of items but NO HELP and they have NO training.

The store on Atlantic and powerline, a young lady was very informative and helpful in helping me select products to care for my braided hair. The store on 48th and Dixie highway, all the girls did was stand around speaking to each other in creole. Very uncomfortable environment and not helpful, uninformed of the products.

Attention shoppers, please allow me to give you guys the best advice. Do not shop to any Elegant beauty shops. My wife purchased a $125. Hair on the 2nd day store managers Yousef. Told my wife she could Not get store credit or return the hair mind you. Attention to Bashir Fix this problem you will hear from our Attorney.

Very large selection of beauty supplies; although I was going to purchase a full lace frontal. I did not because all the laces with pale or beige in color. It would not blend with the color of my skin. Also I bought an Emory board that was useless.only one side could be used to file nails.

They didn't try match prices to [HIGH] Good Items in store, and you don't get your point for everything. Good Customer

Racist trash establishment, which is ironic considering they cater to a mostly black clientele. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Go elsewhere!

Best beauty supply store, they have everything and the employees are amazing. Very helpful and have great customer service!

Always stocked and friendly. I was able to do an easy exchange for credit on a packet hair bundles that was new and upopened with a receipt. No hassle!

Needs a bit more hands on customer service. Busy store and it has everything you need, but the customer spends way too much time walking around aimlessly with no help in sight, because they can't locate what they want. All workers are busy doing other duties and that's cool. But there's really no attention to the customer and that must be addressed from management. If you need help you literally gotta walk back to the cashier and that's not ok. Management is doing a poor job making sure their customers are served. They may wanna consider hiring extra help just to help their customers. I often don't buy things I need because I can't find them, and I get frustrated and leave with the minimum.

Great for all hair and jewelry supplies and the discount card really does give you great discounts almost paid for itself the first time I used it

My wife was in heaven, I thought they would have men's shaving supplies, like barbershop supplies

Whenever you go here it like u need to know what you want and where it is. Why there are no salesman or people to assist you.
